We just spent six dreamy days at Villa Tsai Tsai in Vilanculos and honestly? I didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful—like, jaw-dropping beautiful—and perfectly perched right on one of those beaches that feels like it belongs on a postcard (or a screensaver from the early 2000s, but in the best way). Eugenia, the host, is an actual angel. She was always available, always helpful, and just went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. You know when someone just gets it? That’s her. The whole team was lovely—warm, helpful, and just genuinely nice to be around. Mark organized boat trips to Bazaruto and Benguerra for us, and they were a total highlight: smooth rides, no delays, super comfy, and memories we’ll keep forever as a family. We felt completely at home—surrounded by good people, amazing service, and the kind of natural beauty that makes you stop mid sentence. Mozambique you've outdone yourself!

Magnifique villa, située au calme, très bien équipée. Un jardin, une piscine et un extérieur propice à la sérénité. Un véritable havre de paix. Une mention toute particulière pour Mathilde qui met absolument tout en œuvre pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter car tout y est. Je recommande à 100%

La maison est absolument splendide. Nous y avons passé un séjour de rêve. La vue est à couper le souffle. Toutes les chambres ont la clim ce qui est un gros plus vu les températures. Nous recommanderons ce logement à toutes les personnes venant à la réunion ! Petit plus pour l’accueil qui est très bien organisée. Nous avons même le droit à un petit cadeau d’arrivée. We were a family of 5; 2 adults and 3 kids aged 14 year old, 5 year old and a 2 year old. Charlottes place was amazing. We loved everything! The staff at the house make sure you are comfortable. They cleaned everyday and we had clean towels daily. The guard Suleiman, is great to book excursions if you need, a very friendly man. We hired a chef called Katana, whom Charlotte recommended. His food was fantastic, delicious and nutritious. Just let him know your preference like swahili dishes, or other dishes and he will make it. We had him make Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Polly the manager, is at the site and she can help you if you have questions, she is very responsive and friendly. I recommend this place for families with small kids and teenagers. The pool is another gem in this house. Thank you Charlotte, we miss your house already ❤️

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Christine. La villa est joliment décorée, chaleureuse et vraiment agréable à vivre. Tout est bien pensé pour qu’on s’y sente à l’aise, et l’espace extérieur avec la piscine est vraiment sympa. On a tous beaucoup apprécié, petits et grands ! La localisation est également très pratique, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus fluide. Christine a été très réactive et attentive à nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Elle s’est parfaitement adaptée à nous et nous a partagé de bonnes recommandations pour profiter au mieux de la région. Bref, un logement qu’on recommande sans hésiter pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis !

The villa and outside space were just as you see in the photos. We were very content and happy with the facilities. Its less than 5 mins on the bus to Grand baie and Pereybere . On our second day i had a bad accident and had to be rushed to hospital. We cannot thank Ariane and her daughter enough for the help and support they gave us during this traumatic time. Christophe and Preeti were also very supportive. Despite this incident we had a lovely time particularly around the pool outside. If we return to Mauritius we would have no hesitation in staying at Christophes' beautiful villa.

Tout était parfait : la maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée et pensée pour le confort de chacun. Le cadre est idyllique, propice au repos, aux rires et aux moments partagés. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale aux adorables animaux qui ont enchanté petits et grands ! Nous repartons le cœur rempli de beaux souvenirs, de moments simples et précieux en famille. Une parenthèse magique que nous n’oublierons pas. Nous rêvons déjà du jour où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

My family and I had such a great time! The place was beautiful and clean, exactly like the pictures! Elyson was a great chef and very helpful with everything we needed! I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to others!

A wonderful stay. The villa has spectacular views to the north and the layout for indoor/outdoor relaxation is fantastic. A lovely pool that gets north sun so is warm even in Mauritius 'winters'. Daily cleans from Pooga worked well - I was alone so never availed myself of any of her cooking which I gather is also an option. The place is near 'everything' - the best restaurant in the country is 20 mins away and there are tons of options 5-15 mins away. Groceries are as little as 5 mins away, 12 tops. Nice spa is also only 5 minutes away. Sunsets are glorious every night. Looking forward to another visit!

Our stay at Aloha was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was spotless and spacious, truly a home away from home. The daily cleaning staff were friendly, professional, and respectful of our privacy, making us feel completely at ease. The space was not only clean but also well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful! Location is perfect. The house is stunning, with plenty of space for large groups, a lovely pool and breathtaking view. The staff were amazing and took great care of us. An unforgettable holiday!

La maison est encore plus impressionnante en vrai que sur les photos. N'ayez aucune hésitation à consommer le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux avant de débuter une splendide journée d'excursion. Nous avons également pris des dîners sur place et c'était un délice. Il est très agréable que la villa soit si proche de la mer. Nous recommandons fortement ce Airbnb pour explorer la splendide île de Zanzibar.

An excellent stay - property looks exactly like in pictures, beach is on the doorstep, and tuk tuks are readily available from the entrance! The guards are really helpful and friendly. The two dogs are a delight. Any small issues were promptly with - just a great time! Thanks!!

Thank you so much to Michaela and Andrew for the best stay in the most beautiful villa. It felt like we were living in a postcard! The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the sea view is just beyond beautiful. We absolutely loved Eden Island! It felt so safe and secure and a great place to base yourselves to explore the rest of the island and Seychelles. The boat trip to cerf island was one of our favourites! The hosts were SO amazing - I asked many questions before we came and nothing was ever too much. They always responded quickly and gave so many recommendations in such great detail, many of which we did - so thank you both so much! They were also soo kind in letting us have a later check out so our baby could have a nap. As I said their communication was amazing - we had a little issue with the WiFi and TV on the first day and they sorted it immediately. We all had the best holiday of our lives and would definitely come back and stay in this villa! Just amazing, thank you

The villa is simply fantastic! The house is very well designed, especially the wrap-around bespoke enormous pool. The garden opens up into an endless view of a lush green well maintained landscape. There is so much space to hang out: outside dining and lounging, the garden, the pool and huge bedrooms. Priya was available every morning to do laundry and tidy the place, while the manager Hans was incredibly responsive with any query we had. The Anahita domain offers great restaurants, a bakery, some fashion shops, water sport activities, padel/tennis, a gym and of course golf (which we didn't do actually). The golf buggy which belongs to the villa, was great for our transport flexibility. Mauritius itself offers beautiful nature, very friendly people and exciting outdoor activities (ziplines, Quads, etc...). The holiday was simply too short. We recommend staying at Andre' and Nicolas' villa full heartedly!

es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war wie auf den Bildern zutreffend alles gut beschrieben. Super Summer Service. Auch die Restaurant Karte war super frisch gepresste Säfte reichlich Auswahl an Getränken sowie diverse Speisen. Auch für Alkoholliebhaber gab es genug Auswahl von Wein bis zu Champagner. Die Lage ist etwas ruhig, aber perfekt zum abschalten Fußweg zum Strand sind 7 Minuten maximal und ein sehr ruhiger Strand. Man wird nicht voll gelabbert wer also eine ruhigen Gegend will und einen ruhigen Strand ist, dort genau richtig bei dem Tourismus entfliehen möchte, auch die Privatsphäre wird dir sehr gut beachtet und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett vor allem Juma leider habe ich die Namen der anderen Mitarbeiter vergessen aber alle waren super hilfsbereit und haben tolle Arbeit geleistet und Ruslan war ein toller Gastgeber ging auf jeden Wunsch ein

Un super séjour, une villa comme on voudrait avoir tous les jours ! Hôte accueillant et attentif. Très propre ! Serviettes fournies ! 3 chambres avec lit king size douche et WC. Lave linge, lave vaisselle, four micro-ondes, cafetière filtre, grand frigo, clim dans mes chambres... Maison sécurisée avec caméra et portail. Petits bémols sur : - le manque d'une table pour manger dans la maison - l'aspirateur qui doit rester dans la piscine (et qui a engendré plusieurs désagréments) - 2 transats à changer - plusieurs coupures d'électricité (inhérentes au propriétaire) - vis à vis d'un petit immeuble sur la piscine...

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. la Villa est très accueillante. On se sent comme chez soit. Merci a Stéphane pour son accueil. Merci au personnel sur place Raissa Francine et Fransisco de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour extrêmement agréable avec une excellente cuisine avec une mention particulière pour les desserts et la tenue de la maison impeccable . La description de la villa est conforme. l'endroit est idyllique.

This is truly a one of a kind villa- perfect for long term stays as the rare feature of uninterrupted solar electricity is a luxury in Zanzibar. Arnaud is a kind stalwart host, ready to attend to the villa at anytime. Anne is superb at sweet efficient communication. They really know how to make you feel at home. The 24 hour Maasi attendant and 3 cool dogs ensure a safe stay. The villa is situated perfectly between Kendwa and Nungwi beaches, two pristine beaches which can be reached in a short walk or ride. Grocery stores are a quick walk as well. Barakana restaurant delivery has plenty of yummy menu choices. The villa is perfectly equipped with spacious rooms and ample shelving. The bathrooms are fantastic! Extra large showers with hot water and Kardashian luxury disappearing sinks- allowing space for an entire family's toiletries. The rooftop pool penthouse lounge is marvelous, offerring panoramic sunrises and sunsets and exquisite star filled nights under the African sky.

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans le logement de Vanessa et Ludovic qui sont très réactifs si besoin. La maison est parfaite, bien équipée avec une vue incroyable ! Elle se trouve sur les hauteurs de St Leu donc il y a tout suite pas mal de trajet pour aller quelque part mais la vue en vaut la peine

Un week-end très sympathique en famille, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Équipements superbes. Bravo à vous pour votre bienveillance et votre accueil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. très belle continuation à vous !

Merci beaucoup à Rajesh, et son assistante Véronique pour ce très beau séjour. La maison est superbe, elle correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description. L’équipement est très bien. Les petites attentions à l’arrivees et lors du départ n’étais pas obligatoires mais tellement appréciées, merci encore. La maison est au milieu ouest de l’île, ce qui nous a permit de visiter facilement toute l’île avec en moyenne 35min de voiture par jour. Nous recommandons ++++ ce logement ! Merci encore pour tout !

My family (5 kids, 2 adults) spent the most amazing 2 weeks at Isabelle's villa and couldn't have asked for anything better to relax and enjoy on our vacation. Her luxury home was equipped with all the amenities one could hope for, and felt nothing like a rental but everything like home. It was decorated with great taste, upscale furnishings, comfortable linens and had everything down to a security system, batteries, mosquito repellent, sewing kit, and every other little thing you don't realize you need until you need them. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds, the numerous books, the beach area with rocks and the breathtaking sunsets. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, the fully equipped luxury kitchen including the Nespresso machine, the large front garden and the accessibility of the home by car. You can feel all the love that Isabelle has poured into this place, she is an amazing host and provided great recommendations, which made our stay fantastic. We'll be back!
