Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Lovely, safe home! I stayed here with my mom, and as two women we felt ultra safe here. All the pubs are within walking distance, lots of great restaurants, the metro station is just 10 mins away, and cabs are always available. The house is spotless and beautifully furnished. 10/10 would recommend.

Our two-night stay in Lucknow was exceptional! The listing was spotless, beautifully lit, and thoughtfully designed. Rahul was an attentive host, ensuring our comfort with a cozy bed, great AC, and well-maintained amenities. The location was ideal—right across from Madhurima Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious dinners, especially the rabri rasmalai. Neelkanth Restaurant was just 500m away, and a vibrant street market only 1km from the stay. With easy access to key spots, whether by personal or rented vehicle, this stay was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Staying at Satish Maurya’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The common areas were just as impressive, with a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The sofa-cum-bed in the drawing room was a great addition, providing extra comfort and flexibility. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to cook meals just like at home. One of the highlights was the warm and friendly security staff, who made the stay feel even more welcoming and safe. Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

Shantanu has a very homely place, his caretaker Mr Roshan is also very polite, helpful while being unobtrusive. So here's the basic necessities lowdown - 1. Ordering food & home-needs stuff - You can order via Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato - so almost all aggregators & delivery agencies work. We used ALL OF THEM. Has lift. 2. Kitchen - VERY clean & basic utensils available, including the soap to wash them with. Induction available. 3. Washing clothes - Front load washing machine rocks! Kindly arrange your own soap, as that is your own consumable. Drying is a breeze with the balcony & draw down flexible hangers. 4. Washrooms - One Western combined for the master bedroom, one Indian with separate bathroom. Post meal handwash basin available, so you wont have to use the kitchen washbasin, that is very important for Indian families who want basic separation due to ritual purity needs. 5. Cooling - AC, 1 Ton, available in both rooms, Fridge in Kitchen is very well maintained.

Arindam is an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, he was attentive, responsive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect.The space was exactly as described, clean and comfortable and we loved the beautiful view. Arindam went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary, his local recommendations and assistance with arranging activities were invaluable. Radhika is a great host and the property is fabulous. We were in awe of how well the property was maintained and the solace the place provided us with , after a hectic day of exploring Rishikesh . It was a spacious getaway for all of us and we were extremely grateful for all the amenities the house had and made our stay delightful.

Apartment was great, big enough with two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a main living room and kitchen, and a nice balcony looking onto the mountains. The decor was also nice and gave it a homey feel. We were within about a 15-20 minute easy walk to the Chiang Mai night bazaar. Pool at the top floor was huge, unique, and provided an even better view than our balcony. The only less than ideal thing was currently the elevators are not working, so everyone must use the one service elevator, so patience getting the elevator and to your floor was a must.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

Amazing host and great location in Nankan! Heidi was so easy to communicate with and made the stay right at home. Loved the curated space and how easy it is to get to restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend for those visiting Taoyuan!

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌
