Fantastic location for exploring a new city. The host gave us excellent suggestions for dining and activities. She was very kind, and had excellent communication.

Great new place, clean, great views specially of the river's on the fuller side. Location is relatively less crowd and peaceful. Worth it 👌

Booked this Airbnb for a night. We were six guests and all of us just loved this place.Everything about this place is great, don't think twice before booking. It's a very safe locality, we stepped out late and returned late at night, felt very safe. It's a gem of a place and very well designed house.

We had a great time at Yota’s place. Plenty of space for parking, the place is around 8mins to Onna village and restaurants. The place easily accommodated 6 of us and we all enjoyed ourselves.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Stunning Airbnb. We had such a nice time and the place was immaculately clean. John and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Only thing to note is that the pool is in their garden 2 seconds walk from the front door. This wasn’t a problem for us and the pool was amazing and cool.

I came with a few friends to Natthamon’s property and had an amazing time. Both hosts were very helpful and responsive with offering immediate support when needed. Their property is beautiful and we all felt very much at home. Only one thing is that the property is located 30 mins drive from Chiang Mai centre, meaning that it was a little bit long getting in to and from town every day. So if you are looking for a peaceful escape then this is definitely the property for you 😁😁

Apartment was great, big enough with two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a main living room and kitchen, and a nice balcony looking onto the mountains. The decor was also nice and gave it a homey feel. We were within about a 15-20 minute easy walk to the Chiang Mai night bazaar. Pool at the top floor was huge, unique, and provided an even better view than our balcony. The only less than ideal thing was currently the elevators are not working, so everyone must use the one service elevator, so patience getting the elevator and to your floor was a must.

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and exactly as described actually even better in person. The location was perfect peaceful yet close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel very welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb from March 6th to March 9th, 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided by the host, making our arrival stress-free. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning golf course view. Waking up to the peaceful, scenic greenery every morning was a treat, and it added a luxurious touch to the experience. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, providing both comfort and style. The host ensured that everything we needed was available, and we had no issues throughout our stay. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the view from the balcony, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Geweldig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een super attente host Anny schoonmaakster Lookmee. Fijne plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven. Een auto is wel een must voor deze lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in het huis, de lekkere bedden.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

A perfect, gorgeous, memorable stay! Our hosts were warm , kind and wonderful - and greeted us personally with local fresh fruit drinks and snacks . The house was five star - and detailed with amenities and touches of great care A freshly ground roasted coffee - freshly cut flowers, High end bath wear and linens . Classic and stylish . A basket of snacks , water , ice - everything we needed . The hosts heard it was my birthday and bought me a gorgeous cake and wine with a card ! They checked in us - , brought us cut fruit beautifully plated for our second day morning snacks and when it was rainy even suggested lovely activities to fill our day . I could have never left the house and it's charming surroundings. Everything was tasteful - pristine and peacefully relaxing. A great location for the activities we wished to do. ( rental car needed :)) I could not be happier with this whole experience - wholeheartedly recommend it - and would plan a trip back to Jeju just to stay here !

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!
