This property is stunning. The airbnb has 3 floors , very spacious and close to all the hot spots in Houston. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and also friendly. I gave this airbnb 5 star and would recommend to family and friends.

The stay was the perfect place for our Houston trip. Rosa’s place was nice and the pool was the best to cool to chill out for the weekend. We would recommend this BNB to anyone coming here! We will be back!!

Overall, the place is a very good place to accommodate many people with its 6 bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for big families. There were a couple of dead cockroaches but I was told this was unavoidable. The host was very strict with the number of guests staying and coming to the property. Any guests that visit must be counted as a guest staying. I was afraid to invite friends over to hangout for an hour due to the 100$ charge. I think this rule can be relaxed a bit. Unless you are holding a major party, visiting friends should be allowed.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Always checking in to make sure everything was okay. The house was very spacious. The kids loved the pool.

Peaceful place and comfortable

The stay was great pool was nice and always warm.. there were enough towels for each guest and more.. separate towels for the pool.. great yard space for working out .. the house over all was beautiful and comfortable

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Fatima’s and John’s house. It was exactly as described. It was such a cozy place to spend our vacation at. Both Fatima and John responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Thank you for hosting us!

First of all, I'd like to praise Sami for his responsiveness. Not many hosts, in my experience, have had good communication lines, but Sami was excellent. Also, the house was nice and accomodated all our family and we had a pleasent stay. With that out of the way, I do have some minor complaints. I have some gripes with the neighbors, especially this one lady, who harassed us once or twice during our stay. Also, we had a problem with the pool. The heated pool worked very well on the first day of our stay, but then was not operable after that, so we couldn't use the pool for the rest of the stay. But thankfully, Sami was very nice to compensate us, so I will give it a pass. Other than that, I have no real complaints. I would be happy to stay at Sami's again.

Great place to stay for extended stays in the Houston area. Joseph is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

Had a great experience and would do it again

I highly, highly recommend Brent's place. My favorites: Brand new high-end kitchen cabinets, new appliances. In-door ice and water refrigerator. Deep, walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Water pressure is nuts! Plenty of very hot water. Will certainly start with his place next time in Houston.

Overall, this bnb was expected as advertised. If you need a simple and clean bnb in a quiet neighborhood of Houston, TX near the Bellaire Blvd area, this will suffice your needs.
