Lovely spacious townhouse with a very convenient location near many museums and park. The place feels very large. The decor is a bit odd --with paintings etc. in duplicate-- but overall the place is functional and would be suitable for a group.

Overall, a great experience! Beautiful home. Very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to note: if you don't have a car, getting in and out of the home and gate is a little tricky.

Clean, host was great. Easy access to hike and bike and other surrounding areas. It's not your typical neighborhood, but we felt comfortable there.

Wonderful home! Mark’s home is a great place to stay in the city. Extremely comfortable and spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s easy to get to and perfectly located. I really could move in permanently! The teens enjoyed having their own space as the home is very spacious. Mark is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. walking into this home felt like stepping into a hidden artist’s loft in tribeca or an elegant brownstone on the upper east side, effortlessly stylish, quietly luxurious, and full of soul. the photos barely do it justice. Maddie, the host, is pure class, gracious, thoughtful, the kind of person who makes hospitality feel like an art form. and the house, a perfect reflection of that warmth. every detail feels intentional, from the way the lighting sets the mood just right to the cozy, cloud-soft bed that makes mornings harder to leave. but the real star, the kitchen. fully stocked, down to the tiniest gadget you didn’t even know you needed. it’s not just a rental, it’s a second home, the kind that makes a city feel familiar, safe, and a little magical. if you’re coming to Houston, don’t think twice. stay here. stay comfortable. stay inspired. <3

I think overall the home was in a good location and overall not too hard to get to. I do think unfortunately the home could be improved on and updated, and definitely has potential. It is very spacious (3 floors and 3 bed rooms) for those who have a lot of guests or family that need accommodating. I found the layout to be good as there was the main floor that had a restroom and 2 bedrooms, the middle floor being the kitchen and lounge area, and the top floor being the master bedroom and bathroom. I think if the home was renovated/updated amongst some other things it could truly be a home away from home. At the time I decided not to stay, but I really do applaud and appreciate the host's quick response time and their friendliness and consideration. I think if you communicate with them they will try their best to help, just make sure to let them know quickly to resolve any issues. I was able to receive a refund and am very appreciative.

It was a group of 6 of us it was MORE than enough space we really enjoyed it. Linda was very accommodating and was quick to answer. The loca is pretty close to the freeway so Ubers were never to expensive. Literally everything was great the only thing was that sometimes the shower could be cold but that’s probably because 4 of us were trying to shower at the same time. Definitely would come here again!!!

Home was peaceful, cozy, clean, and felt like home. Each time we communicated, Nicola responded quickly. have no complaints at all and look forward to rebooking on my next assignment to the area.

The place was clean and spacious. It had all the basic necessities. The only thing to be aware of it is located in the hood. We didn’t have any issues. Definitely would not mind rebooking on my next trip.

In general this was a wonderful place and Elizabeth was extremely communicative -- no complaints at all. It was also very closely located to the folks we were visiting, which was great. There was a ton of cooking equipment/utensils for those who want that, near amenities, etc. The place is also very large, so a family or group with a lot of people could easily fit in here. When compared to having to rent multiple hotel rooms to fit such a large family, this place is ideal. The only issue I would highlight is: it's a very vertical place. If you are someone with young kids or someone who has issues climbing stairs, this is probably not a good place for you. This was not a problem for us, but I could imagine it being an issue for others. Bottom line we would gladly stay there again.

Deneisi was very responsive in the booking process and throughout our stay and even after! There was more than enough space for our party (3 adults). The unit is well-maintained and clean. Due to the weather we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked on the rooftop but it has amazing views of the Houston skyline. We would definitely book again! I’m not sure how popular this particular house is, but it should be a premier house to stay in when visiting Houston! It’s close to everything! And the hosts were very easy to work with!

Charlotte’s place looks even nicer than the pictures and was very spacious and comfortable. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the garage and go straight into the house. The rooftop deck was awesome and had great views of downtown. The location is great and very close to some awesome restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet to be in such a densely populated area. We will definitely stay here again for our visits to Houston. We highly recommend Charlotte’s place.

I recently had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. We found ourselves in need of a place to stay on short notice, and the host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in the same day. The house itself was beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The amenities offered were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Overall, we had a great stay here and a great time in Houston! 😊

We reserved very last minute due to some unfortunate circumstances. The host responded quick and gave us instructions for check-in, very minimal and fast. The place was clean and very spacious.
