Evelien and her family were excellent hosts, they couldn't be more helpful. The house is beautiful, would highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Gent. Super Möglichkeit von dem Haus aus Gent und andere Orte in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und wir hatten die Möglichkeit uns frei zu entfalten. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool und der Keller mit Spieleraum und großer Leinwand. Stijn hat sich als toller Gastgeber gezeigt, da er immer ansprechbar war und uns gute Tipps gegeben hat.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s house. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom that we shared. On the top floor was a sofa bed and then another double room but we didn’t need to use those. The garden was great for the children with a play house and a sandpit. The pool was a lovely size and there were inflatables that we could use. It’s not heated though so we tended to use it in the afternoon once the sun had warmed it up a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few playgrounds and woodland walks nearby. There’s also a lovely restaurant called Auberge du Kasterlinden that is walkable from the property. We got the tram into the city centre which was easy to do. Public transport is great in Brussels. We’d recommend Mini Europe, the Automium, the Lego Discovery Centre and Pairi Daiza if you have children. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Très chouette logement particulièrement bien adapté aux enfants. Le jardin était très agréable et sécurisé. Beaucoup d'activités pour enfants aux alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Diederik et Isabelle. Très serviables et ils veillaient à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Merci pour ces belles vacances

Prachtige locatie met een mooi uitzicht over de weilanden. Gent en Brugge om de hoek. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om lekker te genieten. Daniel en Nathalie reageren ook snel op berichten. Absolute aanrader.

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

Wir haben 4 schöne Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung haben wir mehrere Ausflüge in das nah gelegene Brüssel und nach Gent unternommen und am Abend den Pool genossen. Es war alles gepflegt, ordentlich & sauber. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt!

Wat een fantastische tijd hebben wij gehad in deze vakantiewoning! Met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (waaronder 2 baby’s) was het puur genieten. Er was echt aan alles gedacht: van ontspannen in de sauna of massagestoel tot samen badmintonnen in de tuin, vervelen was simpelweg geen optie. Het zwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt: heerlijk warm voor de tijd van het jaar (mei) en bovendien kraaknet. We hebben er met z’n allen volop van genoten, groot én klein. De woning was het perfecte uitgangspunt voor onze uitstap naar Pairi Daiza, dat op ongeveer een uurtje rijden ligt. We sliepen met de ramen open vanwege het warme weer, en dan hoorde je soms wel verkeer voorbijrazen, even wennen, maar zeker geen domper op de pret. Alles was keurig netjes en we voelden ons meteen welkom. Kortom: een heerlijk verblijf vol comfort, ontspanning en plezier. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen of groepen die samen willen genieten. Hartelijk bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring!

Casa super bien equipada, cerca de todas las ciudades para ver en Belgica. Zona muy tranquila, con todo lo necesario en los alrededores. Annelis y Kurt super atentos, con buenas recomendaciones. Ideal para alojarte y desconectar del ajetreo de la ciudad.

Overall a positive experience, a lot of attention to detail, bikes were much appreciated for the many long return trips to the city centre. Everyone had their own! Franciska’s cats were very discreet, the kitchen is fully equipped and everything is geared for the better. It is a well lived, well kept home, and one gets to share her bustling universe ! An original Airbnb experience :)

We hadden een heel fijn weekend met vrienden! De locatie is perfect, diverse wandelingen die starten vanuit het huis en vlakbij horeca. Bedankt!

We loved our stay! Never had an apartment with more equipment - outstanding! Would definitely recommend it

we only stayed one night at Jans place we arrived around 8.30pm. its a very lovely cottage, everything there you could want, comfy beds, hot water and a wood burning stove if you wanted to light it, the stairs to the upstairs are very steep so be aware going up and down, both bedrooms have a tv and onsuite bathrooms, plus a downstairs toilet, plenty of room for the dogs and places to walk, bonus was we found a just eat delivery online.

Great place, fantastic stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ravissante petite maison, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (les photos de l'annonce sont très fidèles). Le jardin est un vrai plus. L'emplacement permet de belles balades à pied entre digue et forêt, et il est idéal pour vadrouiller entre Anvers et Gand. Katja est une hôtesse sympathique et investie qui se soucie vraiment du bien-être des vacanciers, la communication était très fluide, toutes nos questions ont eu une réponse quasi immédiate. Merci pour tout et peut-être à une prochaine fois (on garde l'adresse précieusement ☺️) !

Leen ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll und plaudert gerne. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in der Nähe von Gent. Es war eine Wohltat in ein ausgeprochen sauberes Haus zu kommen. Ach und die Matratzen waren auch perfekt, habe super geschlafen, auch meine Eltern. Danke für diesen wirklich besonderen Aufenhalt in deinem modernen Haus. Kommen gerne wieder.

La maison était parfait pour un week end en Famille ! Les enfants ont passés beaucoup de temps dans la salle de jeu et la chasse aux œufs pour Pâques était parfait dans le grand jardin ! Tout était parfait! Kathleen a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre ce week end le plus agréable possible, merci beaucoup !

Patrick's place was great for me and my co-worker to stay at for our work trip. There was garage parking for our rental car, which was fantastic. Neighborhood has walkable restaurants and it's located driving distance from whatever else would be needed. The house was very interesting and had great amenities. It was also pristinely clean upon our arrival. The host was very communicative and fantastic to talk to. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Annemie is very kind and flexible host. Conversation went very smoothly. House is spotless and contains all of necessary amenities mentioned in description. Great opportuinity to spend a good time for a group of people in spacious and comfortable place! I highly recommend this facility for stay and Annemie as a host! 😊
