The location is just outside the city center, perfect for those who want to visit the city and then relax and sleep in a quiet suburb. Free street parking and 3 bikes are for available rent (inform in advance).

Beautiful townhouse in the center of Ghent with a super cozy, green city garden. Stylishly decorated. Near the water, in the beautiful neighborhood 'De Visserij'. Easily accessible by public transport (bus stop in front of the door), near Ghent Dampoort station. The townhouse has three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet). You'll share the garden of our beautiful house with our three cats. They are very cute and used to people, they won't bother you at all!

Het huisje ligt op 10 minuutjes van het station, in het kunstenkwartier. Ook de meeste campussen van de universiteit zijn in deze buurt te vinden, waaronder het universitair ziekenhuis. Alle belangrijke invalswegen (naar Flanders Expo, Brussel, Brugge, Antwerpen, Oostende, …) vindt u vlakbij. Bussen en trams kan u nemen op 5 minuutjes van de deur. Het huisje wordt op zijn geheel verhuurd. De ingang wordt gedeeld met de eigenaars.

Onze studio, net buiten Gent, biedt gratis parkeren en gemakkelijke toegang tot het centrum via bus of fiets. Bushalte en fietsen zijn beschikbaar net naast de deur. Gent bereik je binnen het kwartiertje met de fiets. Een gezellig restaurant in een kasteel, een ontbijtplek en een supermarkt liggen op wandelafstand. Het treinstation is dichtbij, waardoor Antwerpen, Brussel en Brugge binnen een uur bereikbaar zijn.

Ga er even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen woning. De woning is volledig voor jezelf en heeft naast 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer met whirlpool, een extra toilet en een rustig terras met mooi uitzicht. De woning biedt voldoende plaats om fietsen binnen te stallen en je kunt parkeren voor de deur. De woning is centraal gelegen tussen de cultuurhistorische steden Antwerpen, Gent, Brugge en Brussel.
