Amazing apartment!!! Very nice views and incredible location, just a few minutes walk to all main attractions in Gent! Right on the canal, and with a beautiful kitchen and light! We loved it there and would highly recommend the place. Peter was very communicative all the time and helped us through our visit! Totally recommendable!

Na een wijziging van Sophie haar andere appartement naar deze waren wij positief verrast. Dit appartement was superleuk en van alles wat je nodig hebt voorzien. Het is een klein beetje gek dat je door de gang van de noodlezaak heen moet om bij de trap richting het appartement te komen, maar eenmaal boven merk je niks van de zaak. Vanaf het appartement is het een leuke wandeling naar het centrum en de straat is savonds rustig, maar voelt veilig. Sophie was heel aardig en dacht mee als wij vragen hadden. Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad in Ghent.

Soggiorno di 3 notti, 3 adulti + 3 bambini. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, pulito, ordinato, in ottime condizioni e provvisto di tutti i comfort. Piatti, posate e stoviglie praticamente nuovi, pulitissimi. Presente sapone mani/piatti in cucina e bagnoschiuma/shampoo in bagno. Indicazioni precise e dettagliate su accesso all'appartamento, eventuali necessità (es. blocco caldaia, ecc). Host molto disponibile e reattivo per risposte a domande/dubbi. Location ottimale come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni. Super consigliato!

Super verblijf gehad in hartje Gent. Alles wat je wil bereikbaar op wandelafstand en het appartement is voorzien van alle comfort. Jammer dat er geen terrasje was, maar die zijner wel veelvuldig inde buurt. Een aanrader dus !

The apartment is big and spacious, and the kitchen has all the utilities required to cook. The washing machine is a big plus of you are doing a longer trip and need to wash some clothes. There is an awesome brewery (HAL16) within about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Trams into the town's center are also about 10 minutes walk from the accomodation. We came by car and always managed to find a spot in the street no further than 100m from the accomodation and it was very cheap (3 Euro maximum for the day and free from 19:00 to 09:00). Dagmar was a kind host and gave us recommendations (including the brewery).

Le logement était en parfait état, conforme à la description et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre ville, on peut s’y rendre à pieds ou à bus. La communication avec l’hôte était fluide et les instructions très claires. Je recommande ce logement pour quelques jours en famille.

It was a really nice apartment and was fully equipped with everything including a voice control music system with SIRI which was really nice to play music on. It is very close to the city center and close to take buses or trains. I had a little fever and didn't expect it but they also had medcines which helped me get better. We were pampered with chocolate cake and beers.The hosts are very kind and welcoming especially the Boss Raoul (the cat) really loved us and welcomed us with loving arms. I simply loved the place and would really like to visit again if ever we are back to Gent. Thanks from Ashley & Vidya

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het appartement van Matthias, het was schoon en ruim. We zaten op een halfuurtje lopen naar het centrum. We zouden het appartement zeker aanraden! Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit leuke huisje met prachtig zicht op de Schelde. Alles was tiptop in orde: het huisje is heel mooi ingericht, proper en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht op de Schelde is zalig, en het terras is ideaal om ‘s ochtends te ontbijten of ‘s avonds in alle rust na te genieten. De omgeving is ideaal voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochten, en de veerboot ligt op wandelafstand. Bart en Eefje zijn supervriendelijke en gastvrije hosts. We voelden ons meteen welkom. Ze voorzien duidelijke informatie in een handige map, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Een topverblijf dat we zeker aanraden!

We had a wonderful stay at Charolette’s place! She was incredibly kind and accommodating—she let us check in and out whenever it worked best for us, which made everything so easy and relaxed. Her home is beautifully decorated, spotless, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel that we instantly felt at home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see in Ghent. This was our first visit to the city and we absolutely loved it. Thanks again, Charolette, for being such a great host!

Het appartement was perfect in orde, heel smaakvol ingericht en gelegen in een prachtig stukje natuur. Ideale uitvalsbasis om te fietsen, te wandelen en de omliggende dorpjes te verkennen!

Villa Gigi ist ein schönes altes Haus wunderbar am Wasser gelegen wir kommen bestimmt wieder da Gent mehrere Aufenthalte wert ist!

This was a little piece of heaven for our family get away. Well equipped with everything you need and more. Tastefully decorated and a place to recharge your batteries. The indoor pool was such a win and a perfect way to start and end the day off. The barbeque right next to the river was tranquil. Beautiful scenery. Karen was a brilliant host...highly recommend!

Fijne, schone plek op loopafstand van het centrum. Alles was aanwezig: kruiden, shampoo, handdoeken, spelletjes, oven etc. Laura reageert snel en duidelijk.

Heel fijn verblijf! Deze studio voldeed aan al onze wensen. Mooi uitzicht net buiten het historische centrum maar centraal genoeg en prima te bereiken met de gratis beschikbare fietsen, heel fijn! De ruimte zelf is zeer praktisch en smaakvol ingericht. Wat wij erg tof vonden is de volledig glazen pui zodat we een heel lichte ruimte hadden met altijd wat te zien:) De communicatie was vriendelijk, snel en ook alle handige tips waren zeer welkom. Wat ons betreft zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dank!

We loved our stay at Studio Twazel! Dieter was the perfect host with lots of suggestions and a carefully prepared map annotated with places to visit, eat and drink. The apartment was lovely - bright, clean and well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet area near a pretty canal and there is a great restaurant on the doorstep. A 5 minute walk took us into the historic centre of Ghent. Thank you fir a perfect visit, Dieter.

Alex heeft ons prettig ontvangen in zijn fantastische appartement. De ligging is erg fijn. De bushalte naar de stad is op een meter of 20 van het complex. Het appartement is schoon, de keuken zeer compleet ingericht, mooie inrichting en een fantastisch terras.

Frederick und Muriel sind sehr freundliche und proaktive Gastgeber. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist hell und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Uns gefiel die Nähe zur City, die Bibliothek De Kroog als Nachbar und der Picknickplatz an der Schelde. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzig Müllabfuhr und Lieferverkehr verhindern manchmal das Ausschlafen.

We cannot recommend Yann’s apartment highly enough. It was elegant, spacious and with lovely decor - photos don’t do it justice. Also Yann provided a warm personal welcome, as well as chilled beer, water, Prosecco & coke in the fridge, plus sweet treats. The garden is so relaxing and very private. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had shampoo & shower gel which was great for us as we were travelling light. There are loads of lovely bars & restaurants nearby, the location was 8 mins walk from train station at Dampoort, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the main shopping district. We fell in love with Ghent, it’s beautiful and we’d love to come back to explore further & stay in this lovely place again.
