You wake up from your antique bedroom suite pour a cup of coffee and walk out onto the deck to look over the beach below beyond the waters of Kootenay lake. Kayaks, Paddle boards and a Pedal boat or a little fishing as well. There are quite a few books here perhaps pick one and lie on the beach in that comfy lounger. Twenty minutes up the lake is Kokanee Springs golf course. Your neighbour above the beach is an Eagle Family.

Upon entering you will find the cozy living space with queen sized pullout. The bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, walk in closet and mirror/vanity. One 3 piece bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private outdoor seating area and take in the panoramic mountain views.
