Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. One of the easiest five star reviews to write. The annex was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very well appointed kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook a decent meal. The veranda area is a veritable sun trap and a beautiful place to rest over a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. claire and Neil really have thought of everything - even the loo paper is posh!

We had a great stay. The house was very modern and clean and perfect for our family’s with a park and a small amount of animals for the children. Would definitely go back.

Cedar Place is a beautiful, welcoming home. It’s well equipped and comfortable in every respect- I was personally delighted to find a quality duvet protecter on my duvet, a touch I’ve seldom seen. The five of us made good use of the huge teapot during our stay. Becky provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. We would give Cedar Place 6plus stars if we could.

Where do I start! Absolutely fabulous place, a right gem! We were expecting good things from pictures/reviews prior to booking, but totally exceeded our expectations. Beautiful spotlessly clean, cosy, spacious comfortable house, in a beautiful, peaceful place. Luxury beds/furniture. Views stunning. Garden area gorgeous, especially lit up on a evening, very private, hot tub amazing! Barry is a perfect host, very attentive, on hand and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to all, perfect for our much needed 2 night break. Re charged and relaxed. We will return. Sam, Tony & Cassie & Gem x

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x

Brancaster stays is a great base to explore the Norfolk Coast and surrounding villages. Just a few mins from beautiful Brancaster Beach as well the lovely Burnham Market with lots of great shops and restaurants. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay and was clean and cosy. Jude and Thomas were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
