Till Barn was a peaceful and cozy, home away from home. Catrin is a warm and friendly host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home and swift in answering any questions you may have. The furnishings are classic and the bed extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. We were visiting my Aunt who lives locally and the location was perfect, we enjoyed walks around the area and the private garden is perfect for sitting outside during the spring/summer weather and enjoying a quiet drink. We hope to return and would fully recommend it to others, a 5 star experience all round, this is how Airbnbs should be :-)

Nenita was friendly and and happy to meet us when we arrived in the evening. The accommodation was very well equipped and even had an air fryer. However as we were visiting our daughter locally we only needed the bed and bathroom. Suited us perfectly and we were ok with the bunk bed which was comfortable. Will be back again next time we are visiting

A lovely quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. Sue was easy to communicate with. It was easy to find and Tim was there to welcome me and show me the accommodation. It was extremely comfortable, lovely bed with just bird song in the morning. Interesting places to visit near by. Would definitely recommend this annexe.

Great place to stay, the bed was very comfy. Stephanie was very good with communication. The location was perfect for us all amenities just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again.

Another great stay at Carol’s place. On a Friday evening the local ice cream van comes to the cul-de-sac about 6pm, it’s something we always look forward to.

Great air bnb! Had a lovely, relaxed stay here for work. The annex is separate from the house, and had a good kitchenette with plenty of equipment for cooking Nenita is lovely, very friendly and quick to respond.

Two of us had a cosy stay in the annexe with our doggy. It was peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub under the stars was lovely. Would also highly recommend a massage from Mandy.

The accommodation is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Plenty of good off road parking and a secure safe garden. The hosts are available if any queries arise and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Really lovely spacious annexe, at the bottom of an attractive garden. Very responsive and friendly host. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished, excellent value. Having secure off-road parking in Stamford is such a plus! The property was very quiet and comfortable, Lindsay-Jane has thought of everything! Ideally located either for exploring Stamford or Burghley House. We definitely plan to stay again

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

Sarah's place is perfect for a short stay. It has everything you'll need in a lovely, compact and self contained apartment. The garden is a sun-trap and ideal for an afternoon drink or an early morning cuppa (British weather permitting of course). The area was sooooo quiet at night and even though the apartment is connected to the main house, we never heard any noise. The bed is quiet and very soft. Easy walking distance to Louth which has some great bars and restaurants which Sarah was very knowledgeable about. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and super friendly hosts. Photos are great but the place is even better in real life. Definitely on the list to re visit if we are in the area x

A great spot to stay! Valerie and Steve are lovely and we had everything we needed. Especially recommend to any bikers needing accommodation while visiting F2 Motorcycles, which is virtually next door.

We have stayed at the conversion before, we use it for exploring Norfolk and the coast. It's in a lovely village with a wonderful heath for dog walking and a very dog friendly and great pub, both walking distance. Our hosts are also lovely and it feels very welcoming and homely with nice touches throughout. Just be aware it's not a full on kitchen, but for a couple of nights we find it perfect. Thoroughly recommended :)

A compact space with a super comfy bed- quiet yet a short distance from the town centre

Really handy location when competing at Arena UK, it was beautiful, very private and a lovely location with more than enough space for us. We wish we could have stayed longer! Dog friendly was such a bonus too and we loved sitting out in the garden. Thanks very much will definitely come again

Lovely quiet venue, compact but practical. Margaret was always available via message and to hand if we needed anything but gave us space and privacy. we will definatly be back!

this was my first time using air b&b and I was really impressed. I stayed with my 5 year old and my parents. We had one day in skegness which is 50 mins away and then the second day in Lincoln which is 15 mins away. The house was super clean and modern with lovely decor and had everything you need. My little boy especially loved the board games that suzi kept in the cupboard which I thought was a nice touch. suzi also popped some milk in the fridge for us for when we checked in so we could have a brew. messages were responded to very quickly. would definitely stay again. thanks Lauren xx

visiting family in the area and what a great place from the local history of Mrs Horton and cleanliness to the welcome for ar basil the hound will definitely be back excellent

Great short private stay at Ians place. Very quiet and spacious and a great shower. Mattress would have preferred a firmer one. Good all round.

Lovely stay, nice and clean with a good location for being very close to where I work, overall no complaints lovely area with all the facilities close by.
