We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

The Waterford beach is a short drive away...less than 2 miles through the forest...as are beautiful hikes along the coast. Centrally located near Historic Mystic, Niantic, Conn College, US Coast Guard Academy & the US Naval Base.

Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, movie theatre, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses.

Just a short walk to a sand bar (great for walking and kids) and near multiple beaches. A very quiet and safe neighborhood .

This bright apartment is within walking distance of Downtown Mystic with lots of nearby food options food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day. We are 1 exit away from Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Use Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area.

Simple, no frills guest cottage near South Cove in Old Saybrook. Drop your kayak /paddle board in at the end of the street, walk to town for dinner or a show at the Katherine Hepburn Theater, or enjoy a day at town beach only 1.5 miles away. This is a shabby chic escape in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. A few quirks but tons of charm! If you are looking to unplug and sit by the fire pit, read a book, and go to the beach, this is the place for you.

Would also make for a lovely place to call home while you are selling or renovating your own home. Couples, two good friends, singles, or a family with an older child will enjoy the configuration. It will also make for a lovely getaway for a couple with a newborn.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
