Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place and great host

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

Everything we needed was there, the house was clean!

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

This was our second stay at this house. It works great for our needs. Would recommend it to any family that needs a safe and convenient place to stay.

Our family of 5 had a comfortable, easy stay at Kate’s place. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. It was a good base to see everything in Memphis and felt like a cozy neighborhood inside the city. It’s an especially good choice for families. I’d definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark’s place. It was comfortable and well appointed, and waking every morning to the beautiful gardens was a delight! Mark truly makes you feel like a valued guest in his home. We loved learning about their journey to renovate the historic home through words and pictures via the photo albums on the table. Thoughtful amenities such as water and sodas in the fridge and home made pumpkin bread made us feel at home. We will definitely be renting again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Safe and quiet! Beautiful garden and super friendly and great conversation! If ever back in the area we will be staying here again!

I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was as well as how friendly and accommodating Stephanie is! Our needs were exceeded by her willingness and ability to help during a stressful time! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!! Her place is well organized, clean, safe, quiet and most of all comfortable! The bed is Amazing! I haven’t slept that well in some time! The house is central to downtown and all attractions that Memphis has to offer… The stay is highly recommended and worth every dollar spent! The neighborhood is peaceful and secure while grocery shopping is a short couple minute drive. Great vacation stay!

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

We had a great stay, the apartment has lots of character and is really comfortable. David was a great host, made sure we arrived safety and had all the information we needed. It’s a fabulous location for walking out to all the buzz of Beale Street but still being able to have a great nights sleep.

JR'S place exceeded expectations! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how close everything was and that we literally parked our car when we got there and didn't need it again until we left town. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

The apartment was large and spacious. It had virtually everything we needed although as Europeans a kettle would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We heard footsteps in the upstairs apartment both mornings, and although it didn't bother us, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is easily walkable to Beale Street and there are lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a central Memphis location.

My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1-week stay while working at the Orpheum Theatre. The location was within walking distance to work and nearby conveniences, the property felt secure, and the space was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We were bummed to leave when the week was over!

I had an amazing time in Memphis during my stay, and this reservation made it better! I was near the FedEx Forum, Beale Street, and everything else that I needed access to. Andrew communicated effectively and promptly while hosting ; and I appreciate him for that also. I would EASILY reserve this location on my next stay in Memphis.

The location of the place was perfect for our trip. We could walk to many nearby attractions or take a short drive. Jason was easy to work with and kept us in the loop.
