We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away. This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Edina Cottage

Edina cottage is a traditional East Neuk cottage. It has been fully renovated and is very warm and cosy. There is a large king size bed room with ensuite bathroom and shower. A spacious twin bedroom. Down stairs there is a further shower room. The living room has a log burner. There is also a lovely sheltered garden with summer house and BBQ. Pittenweem is a beautiful traditional fishing village where you can buy freshly caught lobster from the harbour.

Detached two bedroom coach house in the grounds of listed Georgian Manse in Pittenweem. The cosy accommodation features off street parking, three spacious shower rooms, small patio area with garden furniture, living, kitchen and dining areas. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and robes as well as complementary toiletries. We live next door in the Manse and are on hand to answer any questions about your stay or the area.

Sitting right on the coastal path in the picturesque coastal village of St Monans. Perfect spot to explore this quaint little village and the surrounding villages of the East Neuk of Fife. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.

Weaver’s Cottage, built from stone probably in the 18th century (the main house dates from 1687) sits in a large south facing garden with direct access to the designated bathing beach and the Fife coastal path. Lovingly restored it’s a wonderful place to relax, swim, go for beach walks, gaze at the stars in front of a cosy fire pit.
