Situated by one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the South Hams, on a hillside overlooking Salcombe Estuary, this lovely cottage has been in our family for three generations. Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you. Recently lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one with an estuary view, while downstairs you will find a galley kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a cosy lounge/dining room.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask

Little Downgate is situated in the pretty village of East Portlemouth looking over towards the famous sailing town of Salcombe. Enjoy the sunny side of the estuary with multiple stunning sandy beaches to choose from as well as cafes and walks aplenty. Salcombe can be reached easily by hopping on the foot ferry should you wish and water sports lovers can hire equipment a couple of minutes from the property. The house is comfortable, well equipped and offers parking and a delightful garden.

The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.
