Pauline is lovely and so is her family and her farm. We love Shandy the dog and we are always made to feel so welcome. The Easter eggs were very much appreciated and the toiletries provided are what you might expect at a luxury hotel. We will always stay there when in Glasgow.

We only stayed at the Rookery for one night as we were attending a family wedding, so it was something of a flying visit however we were absolutely delighted by it! The apartment was clean, neat, comfortable, private and in lovely surroundings, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were fantastic - the coffee grinder and whole beans were a particularly nice touch, and we were very grateful for the fan in the cupboard when we got back in! Layla was lovely - forthcoming with helpful information in the first instance, responsive to our queries and was helpful enough as to facilitate an early check-in which made the day much easier to coordinate! Check in and check out are very simple and straightforward. The steps up to the main door are quite steep, so those with mobility issues may struggle, but I coped in heels (and after a few glasses of wine...) with no issues. Thank you so much for an excellent night's sleep. Should we ever be back in the area, we know where we'll stay!!

Ideal accommodation when you travel with a car and like to stay near Glasgow. Very complete house in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly, helpful owner. Karen even left a sweet breakfast/welcome basket on the table. Thanks for having us Karen and good luck with your Airbnb.

The photos on Air B&B didn't do the surroundings justice & the cottage was gorgeous. it truly is a beautiful place. The history of the cottage & owners home was very interesting. Easy to get to local tourist attractions & local amenities. Everything you needed availability in the cottage. A couple of things needed reporting but nothing drastic or that effected our stay. I loved my daily talk with the chickens . The goats & sheep were less sociable but I blame our dog for that. The owners dog loved visiting & playing with our dog & it was really cute 😍

A lovely place to spend Christmas visiting family and our new granddaughter, Carla's home is very well appointed: we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

We regularly use Peel cottage as a base when visiting family in East Kilbride and Glasgow. Perfect size for our family. Immaculate as always with everything you could need for a cosy getaway.

Great place for us as home away from home whilst working in the area. Plenty of home comforts and nothing to much trouble. will book when next in the area
