This listing is for one bell tent on our lovely glampsite. 7 available fully furnished and offer shared mains toilets and hot showers. Washing up area and a camping stove and kettle (communal). A lovely public footpath joins the site - it is rather hilly so be prepared!! Sleeps 4/6. Double beds and 2 x single airbeds in each tent. communal bbq and fire pit area. 2 pubs serving food 2 minute drive. Beaches ten minute drive Hastings and Rye close by. Enjoy the lovely setting of this peaceful spot in nature. Our new glamping canvas tent has a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa bed and a single futon so can sleep up to 5. The tent is next to our veg patches in our orchard but there is plenty of space and fields around. We are directly on a footpath that leads to the Vanguard Way so good walking from the door. One set of linen provided for double bed. For more people please bring your own bedding and linen. Xtra provided at cost.

Our beautiful Luxury King-Sized Bed Water Vole Bell Tent is situated in a tranquil location, surrounded by traditional wildflower meadows and ancient woodland. There's plenty to help you unwind in private including a heated swimming pool, gardens and a large barn for entertainment. The tent is comfortable for two adults and two children (2-12) and an infant under 2 years old. Please get in touch before booking if you have more than two adults as it would be an extremely snug stay.

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.
