The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

This 3 bedroomed bungalow is ideally situated 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering and a couple of minutes from the village, with all the facilities you could need. It has a large bathroom and separate additional WC, is bright, clean and airy with a sheltered south facing garden ideal for sundowners and BBQs. The open plan living dining and kitchen area is ideal for family living and has all facilities to offer you a comfortable 'home from home' feel.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
