Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Eastern Europe

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Haus ist wirklich klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend. Wunderschöner Garten dabei. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter als gedacht.

Umag ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Cafés, Parks und Hafenpromenade sind von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine kleine Bäckerei um für's Frühstück einzukaufen. Meer und Strand sind nur 50 m entfernt und man hat von der Wohnung und der Loggia einen grandiosen Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, so dass man dort auch mal einen Regentag gut und gerne verbringen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen vor Ort gut erholt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Hund.

Highly recommend. Spend the long weekend here, and it provided everything the group needed, from the market on the first floor of the building, and varieties of restaurants and bars in the boulevard. Highly recommend! Mrika, thank you and we will see you soon ❤️

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben von Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni wunderschöne 10 Tage im Bungalow G4 von Ana und Ivan verbracht. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch, dass Föhn, Wäscheständer, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine etc. vorhanden waren, war sehr praktisch. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank (mit TK-Fach), Kochfeld und alles was man zum Kochen braucht (Teller, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Käsereibe, Flaschenöffner, Sieb etc.). Grundlebensmittel wie Zucker, Essig, Öl, Gewürze sind selbst mitzubringen. Ist aber kein Problem - es sind einige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Nachts schliefen wir bei gekipptem Fenster und konnten dem Meer lauschen. Die Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum! Ana und Ivan sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie reagierten immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und erkundigen sich mehrmals ob alles passt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie gaben uns Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, ... Fazit: Besser geht's nicht! :-

The stay was like expected, very pretty and quiet, a nice place to relax. The owners are really nice and the overall stay was great.

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The stay was amazing. The house was amazing. It felt like we were living in an Airbnb commercial. The host went above and beyond the call of duty. We plan to return in the Spring. 12/10 rating.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, stylish, and comfortable — very true to the photos. The location was perfect for exploring Golem and it's sandy beaches, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and you can pay by card or local currency if you have that. We were there in early April so a bit early in the season so it was nice and quiet. The evenings were a bit cool but lots of very sunny daytimes to enjoy. Our host was so kind and helpful, always available for recommendations and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. I especially loved the sun trap by the pool for morning coffee and sunabthing.The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook family meals I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Albania!

We had an excellent stay at Daniel's house. The view is splendid, and it is very quiet. The only difference from the photos is that there isn't a large sandy beach, so there's no need to bring your children's sand toys ;-) However, there is a trampoline that is very popular. The nearby mini-golf is also great.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

Stunning location and beautiful Villa. As others have said - even better in real life than the pictures. The host very responsive and helpful. Location was easy to find. There are a lot of steps down to the Villa, but fortunately Ivan was on hand to help with luggage. The Villa, and out door area were beautifully presented. I enjoyed swimming in the Sea and Pool on a daily basis. 3 Spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom compliment the rich range of facilities here. We all enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. Could easily imagine myself returning to this villa in the future. There is a very nice Hotel & Bar a very short walk along coast. The town of Omis is very close by car, with a selection of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Split is a little further afield but easily reachable. Were I to go again would definately take a boat trip or two, and also visit Krka national park.

Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire… L’appartement est grand, parfaitement meublé et puis que dire de cette vue sur la mer sur le balcon… À couper le souffle. À noter la place de parking devant et la machine à laver qui est d’une utilité cruciale. Ce sera un vrai plaisir de revenir !

L’alloggio era molto pulito e nuovo, fornisce una vista mozzafiato sul mare grazie alla vetrata che chiude la stanza.Ogni appartamento ha un tavolino in pietra davanti all’entrata ed è perfetto per pranzi e cene.Per accedere al mare è necessario scendere una rampa di scale.Sarà anche possibile utilizzare lettini ombrelloni e una doccia messi a disposizione. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti buoni ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi o in macchina.Lo stesso vale per le spiagge che offrono la possibilità di noleggiare kayak e moto d’acqua.Nonostante i tre appartamenti siano separati da una parete, durante il soggiorno si riesce a mantenere una buona privacy.L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile e reattivo ,sia prima del nostro arrivo per fornire indicazioni e anche durante il soggiorno, riuscendo ad essere reperibile anche di sera tardi intervenendo prontamente anche di persona. Su richiesta ci è stato fornito un servizio navetta per raggiungere la casa dall’aereoporto Ci torneremo di certo

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Secluded paradise with beach access, sauna, and all amenities imaginable - our favorite Airbnb for good reason!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Our 2nd visit to Edgars' place confirmed what we already knew - this is our favorite Airbnb ever. The unmatched privacy along the Baltic coastline provides a peaceful escape that's impossible to find elsewhere in the region. The proximity to a beautiful sand beach makes for perfect walks. After a day of exploring, returning to use the excellent sauna (included in the price!) was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with all essentials - from shower gel in the bathroom to a complete kitchen with a full oven. The coffee machine that grinds fresh beans was a delightful touch that made mornings special. Edgars himself is an exceptional host - extremely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything needed. His hospitality is a big reason why we chose to return for a second stay, and we will certainly be back again!

Un luogo da sogno dove vivere per sempre

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!
