We keep coming back to this part of Koh Chang. It’s really quiet and easy for families, no need to leave the area if you come prepared. The house had a wonderful view of the golf course. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool is a great size and perfectly half in the shade and half sun in the afternoon. The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating for all and fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots and pans, dish ware, glasses etc. even an air fryer! we brought our own coffee machine. You might want to bring a coffee press or pour over (I can’t remember if they provided) The most important part of this place is the internal staircase for us. Two adults and the kids in one room (with sofa bed) and another king downstairs for another couple. It was great. The unit close enough to the beach, the beach club and little sunshine resort. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beach tip: there are sometime sand flies so bring coconut oil, it helps.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

beautiful little house located 5 mins from main town and is peaceful, perfect and relaxing, house had anything and everything you would need from the stay and the wifi worked great, we will 100% stay again when we pass through again!! 1 bad point is we sadly only stayed the 1 night, would have liked to stay longer!! it was perfect, havent got a bad word to say about it!

Es war alles Klasse, wir haben es für 1 Nacht ausprobiert und willen bald für 1-2 Monate in das Haus. Sann passen auch die Kosten für die Reinigung und das Haus ist recht günstig bei der Lage und der guten Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens. Ist nur bei AirbBnB schwierig zu finden / es tauchen sehr viele anderen Anbieter vorher auf, die in der Region aktiv sind. Also, alles super und gerne wieder!

Clean and large villa. Host is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Villa is within walking distance to the beach and amenities nearby. Good place to stay for a large group.

Nothing to complain. luxury apartment that has AC, hot shower, fast wifi and built-in washer/dryer (trust me you need it). Location is good walking distance to all tourists place.

Fei was very responsive and kind. After discovering that the kettle wasn’t working, she had a new replacement the next day. Checking in was a breeze and convenient. The apartment had all basic amenities one could require for an enjoyable stay. The complex has great facilities offering great overall comfort and enjoyment. Location is excellent with options to take public transport to Jomtien beach or Pattaya’s main tourist area. Overall a pleasant stay with a host who closely follows to ensure a comfortable holiday. I had an amazing stay here! The internet was super fast, and the view from the 8th floor was really nice. The location is super convenient — just a 5-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, a fruit shop, small restaurants, and plenty of little utility stores. Getting to Walking Street takes about 10 minutes during non-peak hours and around 15 minutes when it’s busy. The place is also guest-friendly, which was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay. Great pool and walkable to the beach.

Amazing host. Very commicatitve and kind. He even offered to mail me back some important stuff that i had left behind. The Airbnb itself is small but very clean and comfortable and is in a very safe building that's only like 8 floors high or something with its own community pool, gym and work stations and tonnes of cheap stret food and a 7-11 near you. For $3 to $6 Grab arrives quickly and can get you anywhere you need in most of the central Bangkok area. This is an excellent budget option airnb and gives you a nice local experience as well.
