Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war super! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch gemeinsam gekocht und eine tolle Zeit Am Pool gehabt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und auch die Lage war einzigartig. Wir waren in der Nähe von allem und konnten uns sehr gut fortbewegen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was perfectly arranged – it felt like a real home away from home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and the private pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. The host was incredibly friendly, always responded quickly, and gave us so many great tips to explore Pattaya and the surrounding area. Ich bin jemand, der Hotelbewertungen sehr kritisch gegenübersteht und sie mit Vorsicht genießt. Doch nun finde ich, es ist an der Zeit, selbst eine Bewertung zu verfassen – tatsächlich meine erste überhaupt! Wir haben diese wunderschöne Unterkunft über Airbnb gebucht, und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Das charmante kleine Häuschen liegt idyllisch in einer privaten Community, umgeben von viel Grün, an der Ostküste von Koh Chang. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns bei Jum unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Sie ist äußerst hilfsbereit und stand uns jederzeit – auch kurzfristig – mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Unterkunft selbst ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie: zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, eine kompakte Wohnküche und ein kleines, aber feines Bad. Ein Scooter ist hier definitiv empfehlenswert, und praktischweise kann man ihn direkt vor Ort ausleihen und sofort nutzen. Auch die Insel Koh Chang ist ein echtes Paradies. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. Great location away from busy Pattaya, small community feel with some great restaurants nearby. Easy to get a Grab if you need to get anywhere. The apartment is huge, really comfortable and fabulous views. Really helpful host.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt. In der Wohnung hat es und an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht vom 21. Stockwerk war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer goed goed in orde appartement. Ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Iets rustigere locatie een 15 minuten rijden van pattaya. Leuk strand ervoor.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.
