Perfect for our family to gather. Well stocked kitchen for big meals. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. House was exactly as described. A great getaway!

Comfortable cabin in the woods. Had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. The dock out to the bay was perfect walk. The changing tides gave us lots of creatures to discover, the pups had a blast exploring for hours at low tide. Would definitely recommend if nature is what you are looking for.

Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Awesome beach front house with a great pool and hot tub. Great location close to restaurants in Port Saint Joe and Cape San Blas. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the patio. I could’ve stayed there the entire time and would’ve been fine with it. We were both pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw the place. Looks even better in person. Very clean, spacious, beautiful. So peaceful and super close to St. George which we loved. However my calves are sore from walking up and down the stairs 😂😂

I enjoyed the Justin's place. It was clean, near, inviting and warm. I felt very safe, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept through the night from the first evening. It was so relaxing and calming. I would live to stay there again! Many thanks, Justin for the invaluable tips for dining and touring!! You're amazing!!

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

We stayed in this home while our house was being built. Sharon’s home was fantastic! We loved seeing the dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and fish everyday. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene, but Sharon stayed in contact with us the whole time! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Wakulla county area!

We loved everything about our family stay at Sweet Oblivion, from the accurate description of the space and amenities, to the cleanliness, to the uncrowded beach. 5 Stars all around. We'd definitely go back!

My kids loved this place. Remarkable sunrises off the back porch over the water. Across the street is the ocean and the sunsets are amazing.

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

One level. Split masters, beach path as shown. Always stayed in the Plantation, pleasantly surprised with close proximity to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

Best trip ever! We absolutely loved the house and the pool. Great outdoor area for grilling and family time. My entire family spent a lot of time in the hammock. House decor was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Also the gear credit was so helpful. I ended up not bringing any beach gear and rented it all. So much more room traveling. Our chocolate lab enjoyed his first trip to the beach with us. We will definitely be back!!

Kevin & Stephanie were fantastic hosts! Upon arrival, the rental was clean and tidy. The bed, bedding, and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The two mini units kept the rooms comfortable. Clean towels were provided for the bathroom and for the pool. The couch was comfy and the kids loved being separated from us on the sofa bed rather than side by side like hotels. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub was very large and warm, and fishing was just a few steps away at the end of the road. A few dolphins ran the fish off while we were fishing. We absolutely loved this rental and the hosts. St. George Island is a new family favorite! Thank you Kevin & Stephanie, we will see you again soon!

We all enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably slept 10 people. Easy check in, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and clean bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking essentials (plus some!) and plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a coffee machine that brews both single use and carafe. However, there were no seasonings or spices available. In a house of this size be prepared for stairs and several light switches! The walk to the beach was manageable and everyone enjoyed the private pool. We rented bikes, 5 minute bike ride to Salinas Park. If staying for more than three days, there is a short supply of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods, as well as laundry detergent. This was communicated in an information email prior to arrival. An opportunity with the property was better lighting in pool area. It was dimly lit and the pool light was non functioning. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We had a family gathering where two of the larger families got big houses. This place was perfect for my wife and myself and within walking distance to the other families. It was on a lower level, but that being said we LOVED all the light that came in through the windows. And the place was beautiful inside. All my relatives commented that it’s the perfect little “ couples getaway”.
