It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. We are within a 2 minute drive to a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, mall, walking trails and parks.

The deck faces the water and the screened in portion is great for shade and to relax in the evening. The beach is just below the yard and easily accessible for all ages, no stairs needed. Located 5 minutes from the town of Tignish, and approximately 2 hours from the City of Charlottetown.
