Unwind on the porch swing or hammock watching wildlife. Important: Driveway is dirt/gravel with small hill—drive slowly. Winter (Dec–Mar): AWD or 4x4 required. No TV/WiFi for true relaxation. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Also, we are within~ 30 miles from Indiana, Johnstown, & Altoona. Come enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery!

Comfort and Convenience

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
