Our lovely mews house is on a cobbled street in the centre of the city, just behind Picardy Place & York Place. It's a new build property, beautifully finished in an eclectic modern style with high quality furnishings. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own shower room. The lower ground floor bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the house's peaceful patio garden space. The lounge, kitchen & diner are on the first floor, which is a beautiful light space with mezzanine. A rare property.

This unique mews house is in the heart of Edinburgh on a quiet lane within the renowned New Town. This wee house is the ideal base for exploring the capital city. The place is split over three floors connected by a spiral staircase with private patio area that enjoys afternoon sun. The basement level provides a spacious lounge/dining space with a door which leads out to a small rear private patio area. On the upper bedroom floor there is a king size bed with doors opening to a Juliet balcony.
