Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Très jolie maison, correspond à l'annonce. Joli déco assez minimaliste. Hôte très sympathqiue et repond rapidement. quelques suggestions à améliorer : - le chauffage est inaccessible pour le régler dans une des chambres, et il faisait très froid. - les meubles de cuisines sont très haut, impossibles à accéder pour une petite personne, heureusement qu'on était 4. - il n'y avait pas de quoi allumer la plaque à gaz, on a dû partir en magasin acheter un briquet. - il y a des ballons dans les buissons du jardin 😅 - là où on stationne la voiture, c'est extrêmement sale avec plein de déchets autour, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de la hôte.

An absolutely lovely home, really nicely laid out; we were three couples and all felt we had space and privacy. Decor and furnishings were great, the location is ideal - a quiet and pretty village, with a friendly pub a few seconds walk away. Lots of welcoming touches, especially for the dogs and a lovely secure outdoor space too. Wifi worked well and there was plenty of info available. We would thoroughly and unhesitatingly recommend this house.

Absolutely perfect stay, ticked all the boxes - immaculate & comfortable accommodation. Very tranquil environment that suited adults & our daughter - great selection of games to keep us entertained and help us all feel relaxed- will definitely book again

What a thoughtful host! All of the little extras were thought of making this a real home away from home stay. I hope to stay again and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for making our Easter break to visit family locally extra special.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham
