Wonderful stay! Beautiful and spacious home, Christine thought of everything! You could pack very little and have everything you need. Beautifully clean home and perfect location, clear instructions and everything super accessible.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. A hidden gem! This spot has a ton of character and the hosts are awesome! The lake and surrounding area is beautiful as well, with plenty to do for the outdoorsy type and cute shops and great restaurants within minutes. would highly recommend and hope to find time for a return trip!

Jeffery and Roma were amazing. From check in to check out, they took care of anything we could ask for. The property is beautiful and full of pretty much any and every amenity you could ask for. An over all lovely stay.

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Great location close to the airport. Very clean Airbnb. 2 balcony views in both bedrooms. Felt at home. Check in was very simple and the Airbnb was very easy to find. The price was very affordable and it was a great location with many amenities within a short drive. I would recommend others booking this location. Also! The bed was comfy with memory foam. Loved it. The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Beautiful place and a great host

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

Great stay for a group of 12. We had a minor questions during the stay and the communication to the host was quick and easy. Overall one of our best stay.

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.

Only down fall which is a perk security little rude not the owners fault. How was great Kids loved it only issue I could say which I will book again and communicate better it the driveway. A lot of rain and it froze. So it was bad getting into driveway. Next time I’ll ask about putting salt down. I was hesitant because it’s not my property and some people don’t like that but besides that great communication clean appliances and everyone loved their area

I’d give the Carriage House 10 stars if I could! Lori was so welcoming and friendly, great start to our stay. The photos pretty much tell the story, but the apartment is even more beautiful in person. Everything you could want or need and more is there; the kitchen was fully supplied, better than most I’ve seen. Comfy bed; plenty of places to hang out between the sofa and table, and outside as well. The decor was wonderful, colors and fabrics well chosen for the rustic elegance vibe. The artwork was really impressive, it was different from what’s in the photos so maybe the pieces are rotated in and out, but a wonderful modern counterpoint to a more traditional vernacular style of architecture. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and private setting, so wonderfully quiet, and the big floof dogs were a delight, so friendly! Will be sure to visit the alpacas next trip! One of our best travel experiences ever, so glad we discovered this gem.

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.
