Kate was a most gracious host! She was friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had, and she also provided suggestions for places to visit while we were there. Her home is lovely!

This place is a great value! I stayed with my family of 5 for a weekend trip. I felt the place looked even better than the pictures. It's a really cute and comfortable home and you have all the amenities you need for your stay. Everything we wanted to check out was within 15-25 minutes from the house. There were great eats nearby, we checked out the famous Lewis BBQ and EVO bakery nearby. We went to Folly Beach and the host had beach chairs, umbrella and towels for our use. The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt very safe. The host is very kind and responsive. I would stay here again for my trip to Charleston.

Upon arriving in Charleston, we found the home we booked on another site had been double booked. It was late and we were tired. I had 2 of my puppies with me so I found a hotel for the night. I began looking on AirBNB and found several homes but the owners/host were not willing to accommodate us. On my last attempt before deciding to just stick it out in a hotel, I reached out to Allison's listing. She responded quickly, was willing to waive the 3 night minimum and worked to get us into her home quickly. I cannot thank her enough. We got to the home and it was awesome, clean and as described. A bonus - Allison is a lover of animals and had toys, beds and even snacks for the pups. The small fenced in backyard was perfect for my little 4 legged babies. I highly recommend staying with Allison. She is da' bomb.

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the accessibility to all that Charleston has to offer. Walked to plenty of fine dining in the neighborhood, including Southbound, The Grocery, and Fuel. There is a Publix that is a five-minute drive away. Uber's to downtown (market & King) were about 12 mins long and approx $8-10. There are plenty of people walking around the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel eery or anything. Some college students walking home later on in the night, from the establishments on King St. I would presume, but not obnoxious or anything like that. The house was super clean, easy to find, and had enough dishes and towels. The beds were SO comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! Communication was great and responsive.

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

The hosts were wonderful and responsive. This was an excellent place for our family to spend the holiday weekend. The house was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood!

Great place to stay- walking to park circle restaurants and nightlife. Very cozy and cool funky vibe. Beds were SUPER comfortable- some of the best I’ve experienced. Big fluffy blankets were available for each room- which is an added bonus. Very well stocked kitchen- no problem preparing anything I wanted. Cute back yard area with seating. Good amount of parking for guests and visitors.

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

This home was absolutely amazing! That’s a chef’s kitchen to say the least! The beds were sooooo comfortable! The home was spacious and clean. The host was extremely responsive. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a very well maintained home. The showers were beyond divine! My only regret was not getting to enjoy the pool! If I get the chance to visit Charleston again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Without a doubt for sure!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Joseph was great to work with, the location was 20 minutes from downtown and there is a wonderful park within 900 feet of the house with trails, a huge playground, and pet friendly. The house was just as pictured with a very big backyard and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

I loved this home. You can tell it is an older home, but it was well-kept and maintained. Very clean on the inside, which was and always will be top priority for my family and I. We loved the master bath...just wonderful. The only critique I can give is there is not much privacy in the backyard, even with the fencing, because the homes adjacent sit higher...when they are in their kitchens, they were waving at us through the window while we were standing outside, but at least they were friendly. Also, the patio furniture in the backyard needs to be replaced, but we would stay here again.

This home is located amongst the most beautiful homes and trees. The location is beautiful. The home was great. It definitely fit our needs. Highly recommend this home and Seabrook Island.

My friends and I had a great stay at Jennifer’s AirBnb for my best friends bachelorette weekend! The house has great amenities in a great neighborhood and close to stores, food, and downtown Charleston. Jennifer for was very responsive and friendly! Cannot recommend enough!

Beautiful surroundings and views of the Marsh! Extremely close to Hunting Island and all that it offers. Several local flavor restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Easy drive into Historic Beaufort. We will be back!

We absolutely love the place. This is our second time booking with Kristin and Brad and we hope to have many more. One of our absolute favorites is the outside shower!! If you’ve never taken a shower outside, I highly recommend it. Also the backyard is amazing and it’s so close to the beach. ☺️☀️

This is a beautiful quiet little getaway. This is an older home however the modern renovations make it so cute and comfortable. We felt right at home and our kids love all the little games and stuff in the backyard. Charles responded quickly to our inquiries and his property manager is very sweet. She came by to make sure we didn’t need anything.

We absolutely loved staying at Mike’s place! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. The spacious yard was such a bonus, especially for enjoying morning coffee or letting the dogs run around. Mike was also a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their next getaway!

The Villa was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The ocean is just a few minutes drive, and despite the holiday weekend the beaches were pleasantly un-crowded. Margaret gave us precise instructions that helped make the visit flawless. Our puppy loved it too! We are very satisfied with our stay and hope to return.

Love this up and coming area of North Charleston. So many things to do and easy access to Charleston, Sullivan Island and Daniel Island. Quiet complex of homes, easy in-out and parking. Great home. Will definitely return!
