Very nice apartment, spaciouse. We enjoyed the stay. About location - close to train, buss, tram, but still it taes 30-40min till most common attractions. Close to beach though, so very good location in warm season.

Ottimo appartamento, zona tranquilla e piena di locali, bel collegat al centro (facilmente raggiungibile a anche a piedi). Gian è un host gentilissimo, super disponibile e reattivo.

Alex fue muy comunicativo y demostró iniciativa. Nos esperó para recibirnos y nos aconsejó sobre lugares para comer, consejos sobre medio de transporte también, y más. Nos sentimos cómo en casa durante nuestra estadía, una casa súper cómoda!. Si volvemos a Barcelona sin duda repetiríamos alojamiento con él.

This is a beautiful apartment close to EVERYTHING. One room with double-bed and small balcony, one room with two beds and small balcony and one room with one bed + pull-out bed (window to a shaft). (Sometimes it's difficult to understand the rooms when scrolling on several ads on Airbnb.) Living room was very spacious with small balcony. Small but well-planned kitchen-space. Small but well-planned bathroom. Everything was very clean, and Xavier was a terrific host. We arrived around midnight and left super-early, but there were no problems with checking in or out. Many small supermarkets (open late) close by+ bigger supermarket a few blocks away. There was a square outside where people hung out all night, so there was some noise, but that is the "price" you pay to be in the center of everything. Just be aware of that. This place is perfect for a city vacation. We travelled with our sons 15 and 17 and they loved it as much as we did. Very spacious and absolutely beautiful apartment!

Juan was always on hand to help with anything we needed and was quick with his communication. i would definitely use this place again in the near future. beach was a short walk from us

Great location, clean apartment with everything you need. We appreciated having enough towels, comfortable bedding and the fact that the place was very clean. Yes, it is an older apartment, not updated, but it does look just like the pictures in the listing. Manuel was very helpful and responsive and even called us a cab to the airport.

Vi hade fina dagar i Barcelona. Allt fungerade bra i lägenheten. Grannarna hörs men stör ej. Nära till hamnen, stranden , tunnelbanan etc. Flera bagerier i närheten där vi handlade bröd på morgnarna. Monika var mycket hjälpsam på alla sätt. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta boende.

We really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, they gave us detailed instructions in person and had a lot of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Great hosts! They were not too far from the metro which allowed us to get all around the city. The apartment was very nice. We didn’t use the kitchen because we were out and about a lot. We loved the terrace, especially on sunny days!

El alojamiento está genial. Zona muy céntrica con todo tipo de locales alrededor. La casa en sí está en una zona muy tranquila y con intimidad. Fácil aparcamiento. La casa está genial, todo muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos. Sin duda repetiré.

Great stay at this big house. We were 8 and there was plenty of space for all. Great location. We had everything we needed to cook. We has a great time.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Miguel and Joana are lovely people and their home was perfect. We had a few questions about our surroundings and our messages we received and returned very quickly. We had a very early flight the morning we left and Miguel even helped secure a pre order taxi for us. My wife and I met one of our closest friends in Barcelona and taxied to Badalona (a much easier process than I had expected). We were met at at the home by Miguel and Jonah and they gave us a personal tour. The house was perfect for us as it had lots of space for us and was exactly as advertised. The house itself was very clean and we could not get enough of the amazingly designed kitchen/ dining room with huge sliding doors that opened up to an outdoor space that was perfect for all times of day.. The location of this home was one of our favorite things about our trip. There are so many little markets and shops all around in pretty much any direction and the beaches are incredible. 😀

Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

Our family reunion at Marie’s private house was fantastic. Close to the beach (7 minutes), close to the airport and close to the city of BCN. We felt right at home, jumped into the pool and had a couple of BBQs with the grill! The rooms are exactly as described and match with the pictures. Everything was perfectly cleaned and just cozy to spend time with the family. If we are coming back to the area of BCN, we will definitely consider booking Marie’s house again!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfectly situated near the airport. Has plenty of bedrooms and beds. One thing to know is you need the Ring app and Nuki app to even get into the bnb. Host is very good at communicating through Whats app. The host also leaves voice notes if you’re not use to hearing that. Overall very clean, quite, and worth the time and money

Juliana was a great host from the start. Very responsive to our queries and friendly throughout. Was happy to accommodate our request to drop our bags before check-in, then completely surprised us on the day we arrived by having the apartment ready for us to check in straight away. This was very welcomed after our flight and with 2 children in tow! Juliana gave us a lovely tour of the apartment, including a really useful whiteboard detailing lots of local info, apps and numbers. We would happily stay here again, and would recommend to others.

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!
