What an amazing location and unit. We loved staying here during our time doing activities in La Fortuna. The unit is elegant, the outdoor space is comfortable, and the view is stunning! We enjoyed being off the "beaten path", grabbing snacks from the local grocery store and bakery, and walking for dinner at the lovely restaurant next door, Dona Luisa. The fauna and flowers make for a beautiful setting along with hummingbirds, butterflies, and even a bald eagle that flew within 15 feet of the deck chair! It's closer to the road and the road noise that comes with it than I expected, but truthfully, nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix. Lots of little touches that made our stay feel so comfortable (bagged ice in the freezer, amazing coffee, a great hairdryer (for those of us that need a good hairdryer!). I highly recommend this location and if our travels ever take us back to La Fortuna, we'd love to stay here again!

The place was as represented. The views from the house are amazing. Lots of nature and wildlife to be seen.

This is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Nuevo Arenal. Very good location and beautiful view of the sunset from the living room. The friendly dogs added an extra treat to the location for us. One note, as navigation apps in Costa Rica are tricky, follow their instructions carefully and download the picture of the gate leading up to the house before you leave reliable cell coverage.

Melissa and Orlando were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us to their property even though we arrived late. The flexible lock box check in fit well with our schedule. The area was very peaceful, private, and beautiful. We spent a full day just hanging out at the house and enjoying the cooling pool and amazing views. The bathroom was also stunning and was one of our favorite parts. Comfortable bed and furniture. Everyone that we spoke to in the local town was very friendly despite the language barrier. La fortuna and larger destination were also just a quick drive away. 10/10 would recommend.

Esmeralda’s place was exactly what we needed for our quick stop near La Fortuna. We started with a hike so we were a little late to check in, but she was ready for us. She showed us where to park and greeted us with her adorable dogs. The view is outstanding and the place was very clean. A great place to stay for anyone visiting the Arenal Volcano area!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Jeden Abend konnten wir traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge direkt vom Balkon aus genießen – die Seesicht ist einfach spektakulär. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großen Badewanne, die für pure Entspannung gesorgt hat. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben uns viele tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die süßen kleinen Hunde, die uns immer wieder besucht haben – meine Kinder haben sie über alles geliebt! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beautiful setting, clean place and just as described. We had an issue at check in with door code but the host was quick to respond. Would stay again.

Traumhaftes privates Bungalow, eingebettet im Regenwald mit Blick auf den Vulkan Arenal. Es hat von vorne bis hinten alles gepasst!

We enjoy a lot to spend holidays in this place, is peaceful, beautiful and confortable, I really recommend Villa Corazon. Looking forward to come back soon.
