We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb near San Juan, Puerto Rico! It’s just about 15 minutes from the airport, which made our arrival super convenient. Dennis was incredibly nice and responsive throughout our stay. I was visiting for my boyfriend's birthday, and Dennis went above and beyond to help me find the perfect cake for the celebration. The location was perfect, and she made sure everything was taken care of for us. She was always attentive and quick to respond to all my questions, making the whole experience stress-free. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. A fantastic host and a great location!

Yanira’s place is absolutely beautiful. My kids and I felt at home with the house having everything we needed plus some complimentary eats, coffee and water. Her back yard is so enchanting, having my morning coffee there just made the experience so magical. I will be recommending my family and friends to stay at Yanira’s place. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. Tuvimos una estadía familiar espectacular. La propiedad se encuentra en una urbanización con acceso controlado, lo que nos permitía sentirnos seguros. Una ubicación cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas y avenida principal. Una propiedad muy cómoda para grupos grandes. Está muy equipada y cuenta con estacionamiento amplio para varios vehículos. Su terraza y piscina fue nuestro lugar favorito.

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Erick and Nicole were amazing hosts! From the time we booked until checkout, they were very responsive and attentive to our needs. This was a special family trip for a group of 11 of us and the space fit us perfectly. We absolutely loved the layout of the space and there are many common areas to accommodate socializing in a large group. Erick went above and beyond and recommended a private chef for us who came and prepared a wonderful brunch for our crew. The airbnb IS slightly hard to find at first, but if you follow the link that they provide, google maps shouldn’t give you a problem. Check in and check out was a very easy process. We felt safe the entire trip and truly enjoyed our stay. 15 min smooth ride to the airport and close proximity to downtown San Juan + surrounding area. Uber and/or rental car recommended. Not much in walking distance. Will definitely stay again!!

The host is responsive when contacted. The unit has large bedrooms; kitchen area. The bathrooms are tight, but doable (No-one is going to spend the entire time in the bathroom, right?) Furnishing in great condition, my family commented the beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend to all Airbnb users to check this one when in San Juan PR. Roads are tight to navigate thru, but manageable. Common noises found in neighborhoods -dogs barking; birds or frogs singing; trash pickup

First time I’m Puerto Rico with my husband and family. My husband is originally from PR and Steve made us feel right at home. Place was amazing great pool for the kids, everything was so close and so amazing. Thank you for everything we will definitely be back!

I would definitely recommend victor’s place. It’s located in a great area and also It has great accommodations for everyone (even disabled people like my sister). Everything was clean and he was always asking us to see if we needed any help. Thank you again victor! We had a great time.

very comfortable stay. kitchen stocked with spices & bottled water in frig. Jason was very friendly & checked on us regularly. He also offered helpful info about Rio Piedras. Good a/c & very comfortable mattress. I slept better than I do at home & I love my bed. The only wish I had was a hotter shower but I like it smoking so it's not a big deal. Don't be intimidated by the neighborhood. We were well received and felt 100% safe.

The apartment met every single one of our needs. The kitchen is a huge plus for individuals who like to cook their own food once in a while. There is a place called Cafe Con Alma, as he suggested, which is a great place to get some breakfast/lunch. Most of the suggestions were really good places. Pizzoni and Sin Mesura are some of the best places to eat, not just in Cupey but the entire island. Highly recommended for future guests.

Víctor was an incredible host! Warm, inviting and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were perfect for our family of 6! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

We chose this place because it was close to our daughter-in-law's family and also wanted to be out of the tourist area. The accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed Mememdi's restaurant just around the corner and down the street a bit. It was an easy walk. The food was good and the people very welcoming. There's a pharmacy/market on down the street that's nice as well. Victor provided a wealth of information, but we didn't need a lot of it because of having family in the area. It was appreciated though.

My daughter and I were so excited to stay at Victor’s property. The first thing we said when we arrived is how cozy it felt. We were exactly where we wanted to be in PR and felt right at home. Thank you Victor for the space and your hospitality.
