Looking out from the Castillo terrace, in front of you lies the ancient volcanic Apoyo lake. In the distance, you can see the Mombacho volcano, Lake Nicaragua, the city of Granada and the Isletas ,and sometimes Concepcion.

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
