Phoebe and TK’s place was truly a peaceful sanctuary. The robes, coffee, bottle of wine and wonderful bathroom amentites made it feel like a weekend of luxury. They truly thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you might need to make full meals, which we did. And they even had an assortment of spices to choose from. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views were stunning. We saw deer and quail each day. Such a lovely getaway for my birthday with my friend. We felt pampered by the thoughtful touches and intentional care put into this space. 100% recommend.

Cindy's place was exactly as described. We enjoyed checking out Placerville and surrounding areas then coming back to Cindy's to relax and unwind. A perfect getaway week!

Serene & absolutely beautiful everywhere you look. Very Comfortable bed, quiet & so relaxing. Loved how remote, private & out in the country it is. And also close to downtown & stunning hikes to the rushing American River & waterfalls. A must see & visit. Steve was so helpful & responds right away to help. He let me borrow his kitchen oven to bake bread- so nice & welcoming.

The place was exactly as described. Met the host briefly and she was great. Would stay there again.

Tawnis house was great, we were greated at the door, the house was perfect for what we needed, and walking distance from some of the best spots in south lake!!!

Cindy's Place in Placerville was a comfortable and quiet place to stay. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. The small patio and garden space right outside was peaceful and private. I enjoyed the short walks into town along the steep neighborhood roads. Cindy was very responsive and offered great suggestions.

We had a great stay at the Casita! Very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch sipping a glass of wine. The hosts had great recommendations for wineries, and we were appreciative of their helpfulness with local eats and sightseeing!

Fresh flowers were thoughtfully placed throughout the home, tucked into corners and little nooks, adding charm and life to every space. The location is ideal—just a mile and a half off Highway

We just spent the weekend here for the Canyons Endurance Run and it was a perfect location! It is about two blocks away from the main street and close to the trails as well. The house was beautiful and comfortable with all the necessities and additional amenities to make us feel at home.

This was a great weekend getaway spot. Lots of restaurants and hiking spots nearby.

Loved our stay at Nicole’s place. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was super nice- we felt very safe. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of room to move around. Few things to note: home shares driveway with attached unit. I worried a few times about people opening their door into our car. This is a pet friendly home- so the other people staying may bring pets. I don’t know if the other unit also allows access to the side yard for this unit. Or if the side yard is solely for this unit. We had large dogs running past our door in the side yard a few times and asked the other users to not let them to our door- due to medical reasons- a dog jumping on myself would have caused many issues. This is no fault of the owner. On the note of pets- the home is very clean and you wouldn’t know it is pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend the one bed one bath unit of Nicole’s to anyone staying in Folsom.

Beautiful, yet very affordable, mountain retreat. Amazing large area for our pupper to run around and explore in. Hot tub was amazing. Definitely a steal for the price!

Dawn and Micheal were so gracious to allow not only myself but my entire bridal party of 9 plus two moms and our entire hair and make up team to use the cottage to get ready the day of my wedding. The space looked even larger in person. My girls who stayed the night before with me raved about the showers and the comfort of the loft. My now husband and I stayed the night of our wedding and enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the view while talking about the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. This property and home is now our goal to each one day we always wanted acreage but the way it was done so beautiful and peaceful.

What a dreamy spot! We had an absolutely amazing stay and enjoyed every aspect of this Airbnb! Everything was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 people. We especially loved the friendly cows on sight and really enjoyed the wrap around porch for relaxing. Location is amazing and close to town via a short drive. Friendly and hospitable hosts! Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

as advertised great for western states small laundry room with amazing washer dryer, very very quick wash and dry times small walk in wardrobe with 2 hanging rails and small set of draws kitchen is amazingly well stocked, wok supplied on request. full size fridge and freezer bedroom is comfortable air conditioning works shower is large in a medium sized bathroom great parking next to entrance stairs only minor downside is the freight trains that are nearby by and start early in the morning, but not an issue to me as an early riser

This Airbnb is nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed, and the property itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and then some! But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness and care of the hosts. During our trip, we faced an unexpected emergency that required a 16-hour visit to the ER. In our absence, the hosts went above and beyond to help us. They not only ensured everything at the Airbnb was taken care of but also looked after our beloved dog, who had to stay behind. They even brought our dog to their home, played with him, and cared for him as if he were their own. We were overwhelmed by their compassion and generosity, it meant the world to us during such a difficult time. These hosts aren’t just amazing, they are exceptional human beings. We will always be grateful for their kindness and can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough! ❤️

Sarahs cottage was the perfect place! Cute, very comfortable and peaceful. It is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. She was always very friendly and attentive to any of our needs. It is fully stocked with everything. We even got the cutest welcome cookies from her kiddies☺️ Definitely recommend to all.

My wife and I so enjoyed our stay at the Crows Nest. We did an extended stay in order to be present for the birth of our first grandchild! Both Pam and Gale were so supportive and the accommodations were splendid. The Crows Nest theme was evident throughout the house. It seemed we discovered something new each day. And the view….a sunrise over the Sierra with a cup of coffee on the front porch is the stuff of dreams. I sure miss my greetings from Oliver! Sweet dog that he is! Randy and Kay

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
