The apartment was great. Exactly as advertised. A nice short walk to the beach. Easy to take public transportation. Bakery and corner market practically next door! Plus, Claude was wonderful to work with too! Helpful, flexible and responsive.

Appartement propre. A proximité du métro et donc de toutes les destinations. Centre commercial et magasin d'alimentation à côté. La communication a été parfaite. Les explications pour rejoindre l'appartement étaient claires. Rien à redire. Merci pour ce séjour.

Séjour parfait, Anna Maria est une hôte très accueillante, avec beaucoup de petites attentions, toujours disponible. L’appartement est très bien meublé, bien équipé, et très propre. Parking à proximité, sécurisé. très facile de se rendre à Barcelone avec le métro ou le bus. nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Rosa ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns persönlich begrüsst und die Wohnung sehr gut erklärt. Wir fühlten uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sofort wohl. Das Quartier Graciás ist nachts ruhig. Die vielen kleinen Läden und Restaurants sind gepflegt und einladend. Die Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können Rosa und ihre gut eingerichtete Wohnung für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Danke Rosa!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was charming, quiet, clean, and in a great location near the heart of Barcelona. I would definitely stay here again!

Nous sommes venues en famille, c'était commode pour l'ascenseur pour mon père plus âgé. Les lieux étaient impeccables, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le secteur près des fruiteries et épiceries de quartier, en face, en bas de l'immeuble une boulagerie avec les meilleurs croissants que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Environ 15 minutes de marche de la Sagrada Familia. L'aire ouverte convivial de notre logement a donné une belle place aux échangent en famille. Nous gardons notre séjour dans votre logement à Barcelone comme une excellente expérience qui a contribué à un voyage inoubliable! Merci pour tout ❤️

Gabriel est un excellent hôte. Il est très accueillant et nous a conseillé plusieurs restaurants ou activités à Barcelona. Il est très réactif aux messages. Il nous a accueilli personnellement lors de notre arrivée avec toutes les explications nécessaires à notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien. Il est proche de la station de métro Torrassa. Il était propre à notre arrivée. Il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre séjour. Il est proche du Nou Camp pour les fans de foot. En résumé, très bon séjour chez Gabriel :-)

Logement irréprochable tel que décrit dans l'annonce et super positionnement dans la ville, accueil et communication au top. Je recommande vivement.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ezequiel’s place. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. The check-in instructions were clear, and the space was exactly as described, spotless, cosy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home from home. The location was ideal, not too far from the beaches, yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Ezequiel and Rosa were exceptional hosts, going the extra mile with thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks, and helpful local recommendations, all of which made our stay even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place. Thank you, Ezequiel and Rosa!

We absolutely loved our stay! Home was so lovely. Setting was ideal on the edge of a forest with lots of walkable runnable roads. Inside, I normally don’t like lots of stuff, but the home was full of unique and beautiful artwork from the owners own paintings to pieces that have been collected around the world. It was so fun to look at it and enjoy it and live in it for a few days. I may be. A bit nervous if I had small kids because of breakables, but for us with teens and adults it was perfect. Felt so safe and so many incredible day adventures within an hour of their home. We loved it and we would totally stay here again.

Hemos estado muy bien el alojamiento de Alba, una casa muy comoda con todas las facilidades, una cocina increíble, unos dormitorios en otra estancia que hacían la vida cotidiana muy comoda, una terraza preciosa y una muy buena ubicación, cerca del lago, con parking, con super y farmacia a menos de 5min andando. Barrio muy tranquilo y comunicación perfecta con el propietario.

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

The house was amazing. The location couldn't be better. Right in Premia with restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the beach of course. Getting to Barcelona is easy and cheap. Aitport was very easy by train as well. We were so lucky the feria mayor was on and this local fiesta is unbelievable. If you are able to be there that time of year I recommend it. Music, dancing, fireworks for about 5 days. Xavier was amazing at check in. We were delayed by 4 hours and he still took us round the village to show the main parts. When we mentioned we are doing a paella course he offered to bring the pan and we were able to make a paella for 10 people ! Soo much better staying in a friendly town than in Barcelona city.

Francesc and his father are extremely polite, helpful and flexible. They gave me any kind of tips I asked for being pretty responsive!The house is absolutely great. Thanks once again :-)

Everything was as expected

Le sejour c'est tres bien passé J'avais pris la location pour assisté a grand prix de moto 15-20min du circuit

Appartement magnifique, fidèle aux photos. Très bien équipé : nous avons fait plusieurs appartements Airbnb et jamais nous n’avons eu de tels équipements (tout pour cuisiner, épicerie, produits de toilette…). L’accès à Barcelone en voiture est très facile : environ 25 minutes pour aller à la Plaza Catalunya. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons tous très bien dormi : literie de qualité, résidence calme. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Un merci tout particulier à Michael et Polina pour s’être adaptés à notre arrivée !

Anna is zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De bedden zijn zeer goed. Het huis heeft een bijzondere uitstraling. Het is makkelijk om met de trein naar zowel Barcelona als Montserrat te gaan door de twee treinstations op loopafstand.

Logement très bien agencé tout confort, Idéalement bien placé. Le parc à proximité est idéal pour un séjour avec enfant et chien. Enfin, Sylvia est très serviable et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons si nous revenons à Barcelone.

El apartamento estaba impecable. Tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Súper moderno, claramente es un edificio nuevo en muy buen estado y el apartamento tiene todo tipo de detalles. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. El parking también muy bien. Cerca de la estación de tren, supermercados y 15 minutos de la playa a pie. La host ha sido muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.

Très bon séjour chez Miriam, l’appartement est conforme à la description et très bien placé ! Proche du centre ville, on y est en 5-10min à pied et il y a description quoi se garer à proximité ! Le logement est spacieux et confortable, le quartier calme. Miriam nous a très bien expliqué comment récupérer les clés et trouver le logement, tout était parfait !
