Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en El Palmar, Pobles del Sud

Prachtig uitzicht met zonsopgang! Ruim appartement met alles aanwezig wat we maar nodig konden hebben. Zeer dichtbij het strand en restaurantjes. Wij hebben genoten van Valencia en onze fietstochtjes. Zeer snelle reacties van onze gastvrouw en heer. Bedankt!

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Fantástica casa, actual, con todas las comodidades (con todo lo necesario y más), muy luminosa y super limpia. Estupendas vistas desde la maravillosa terraza donde puedes comer, disfrutar y relajarte mirando al mar. Segunda linea de playa pero zona súper tranquila y con todos los servicios al lado (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.). Aparcamiento en la puerta. Y no menos importante, trato super especial por parte de Merche, la propietaria, pendiente y en contacto en todo momento con los huéspedes, que agradecemos sus buenas recomendaciones y preocupación por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Sin duda, la mejor elección para tus vacaciones en Cullera.

Alojamiento recientemente reformado de manera excelente. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. El piso tiene absolutamente de todo. La zona está alejada del centro, pero está bien comunicada y es tranquila.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

El apartamento es chiquitito pero más que suficiente para mí pareja y yo, incluso se podría alojar alguien más, ya que tiene sofá cama. La terraza es bastante grande por lo que en verano se tiene que estar genial y estás al lado de la playa. Tanto Encarnación como su hermana fueron encantadoras y nos dejaron naranjas como detalle, que estaban buenísimas. Repetiremos seguro pero está vez en verano con mejor tiempo.

Pasamos 5 días muy bien , zona tranquila , a pie de playa , todo como se describe en el anuncio ... Beatriz muy pendiente , nos resolvió las pocas dudas que nos surgieron . Repetiremos seguro !!!

Tanto amparo como Paula (coanfitriona) han sido súper atentas y amables. Son unas anfitrionas maravillosas y súper contentas con la casa. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y a pie de playa, desde luego que es una estancia que repetiríamos en una época que se pueda disfrutar al 100% de la ubicación a pie de playa y la piscina de la casa. Es tal cual lo qué ves en las fotos además de ser una casa acogedora. Una experiencia de 10 ☺️

La estancia fue muy bien. Rocio ha contestado bastante rápido en todo momento. El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unos días con amigos/as, con muy buena ubicación, y bien cuidado. Volveríamos a repetir nuestra estancia.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand, nah am Supermarkt, nah an der Buhsaltestelle. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, leider roch es zu dieser Zeit in dem gesamten Viertel manchmal nach Abwasser. Das konnte man teilweise auch in der Wohnung wahrnehmen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist groß, alle technischen Geräte funktionieren und sind mit Anleitungen versehen.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

La pasamos increible. muy buena ubicacion y David siempre al pendiente. excelente para pasar unos dias tranquilos con la familia frente al mar.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
