Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en El Perellonet

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Fue un viaje familiar, todo super bien. El señor Alfredo super amable!! Disfrutamos muchísimo, la casa con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, además de que el balcón da justo a la playa!! Todo una pasada! 10/10!!

Wonderful apartment right on the beachfront with a wide, peaceful beach that is almost like an ocean beach – and almost no people around since it’s mostly one-story houses nearby. Loved the spacious terrace with a beautiful view. The place has plenty of room, comfy mattress, great water pressure in the shower, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Left with only great memories!

Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!! Gracias a Fernando y su mujer, muy atentos y amables!!! La casa muy limpia, sábanas y toallas nuevas Superó nuestras expectativas, hemos estado genial!!! La playa a unos pasos, hemos visto atardeceres y amaneceres preciosos!! Volveremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!!

Bueno, alojamiento perfecto, verdaderamente nos hemos sentido como en casa, repetiremos, sin lugar a dudas. Muy muy recomendable, cerca del Arenal a un paseo de apenas 10 minutos y justo enfrente una zona espectacular de buceo, una organización muy tranquila y un jardín con barbacoa que hemos disfrutado de unos días fantásticos

Jesus is gastvrij. Hij is snel en zeer vriendelijk in de communicatie. Het appartement is zeer compleet en voelde als thuis.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, la casa impecable, y muy bonita! La anfitriona muy amable! Íbamos con perros y a 2 minutos de la playa, siempre llevamos a nuestros perros con nosotros y sin ningún problema! La piscina un lujo! Y el porche para tomar el café por la mañana o estar por las noches charlando una maravilla! La zona muy tranquila y la playa impecable! Desde luego que volveremos!! ☀️🥰

Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Selvom det desværre regnede det meste af tiden, så skal det ikke tage noget væk fra huset, som var utrolig lækkert, og med en helt fantastisk udsigt. Wilfried var en helt perfekt vært.

Muy buena experiencia, comodidad, confort y tranquilidad

Het huis was prachtig, schoon en heel compleet, voorzien van werkelijk alle gemakken. Perfect voor een gezinsvakantie. Buiten zijn verschillende leuke zithoeken en daardoor op elk moment van de dag ergens een fijne plek in de zon of schaduw. De BBQ was ook top. Ook het zwembad is mooi en wordt goed onderhouden. Dat je zo het strand op kunt lopen (3 minuten) maakt het helemaal af. Fantastische plek! Tot slot, host Johan (en zijn vrouw) zijn enorm vriendelijk, servicegericht en responsief. Geeft je het gevoel ieder moment klaar te staan. Dank voor een heerlijke week!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento. Todo muy nuevo y ordenado. La playa muy bonita y amplia. La zona muy tranquila. Pocos sitios de restauración. Muchos mosquitos.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Un super logement dans une résidence paisible avec une splendide piscine équipée d'un bar. Il est situé à proximité d'une magnifique plage, et le centre de Dénia, avec ses nombreux restaurants et son charme à découvrir, est facilement accessible en voiture. C’est très agréable et facile de communiquer avec Carine et Marisa. Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines ! Merci

I had a great time at Ausias's place. The Loft is very close to the beach yet so quite and you rarely hear any noise from the outside. The Loft itself is very functional and was very clean when I arrived. Arianna the co-host was also very kind, she was checking if I needed anything during my stay and she was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall Highly recommend

Alles blitzeblank sogar der Außenbereich, hübsche kleine Terrasse im Hinterhof, proaktiv macht Angela Vorschläge bei der Ankunft für ein sehr schönes Restaurant ums Eck rum, sie geht auf Wünsche sofort ein und sorgt so für ein schnelles Wohlfühlen sogar im Winter schön warm, da genug Öfchen vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Wir waren für 4 Wochen in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Es ist eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Stauraum. Besonders gut die beiden Terrassen. Also den ganzen Tag Sonne oder Schatten. Alles hat super funktioniert. Carlos war immer ansprechbar um zu helfen. Der PKW Stellplatz ist für große Autos gut geeignet. Man kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!
