Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Apartamento moderno y equipado, muy céntrico , camas muy cómodas, baños espaciosos y limpios Mercedes muy accesible, el proceso de llegada fue muy fácil y nos facilitó todo lo que le pedimos Repetiría sin duda

We felt very comfortable in the cabin and also enjoyed the garden! Ana and her husband helped us with anything we needed!

Casa preciosa con su propio jardín privado, mobiliario de jardín incluida barbacoa. Todo muy limpio. Estancia fenomenal. Repetiremos.

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

Fantástica casa para disfrutar en familia. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días agradables por la zona. Muy recomendable.

José Luis, muy amable y cercano nos dio instrucciones precisas, comunicación muy facil y rápida. como anécdota nos trajo una tele para la habitación ya había una en la sala y en todo momento nos preguntó cuando podía dejarla sin molestar. siempre mira por tu intimidad y comodidad un 10 como persona. en cuanto a la casa increíble, tiene todo lo que necesitas, funciona todo a la perfección tiene todo lo que pone en el anuncio y la zona de jardin y piscina un lujazo,piscina muy limpia y grande dos adultos con colchonetas XXL y sobraba piscina, vamos una maravilla de lugar, pasamos más tiempo dentro de la villa qu visitando sitios de lo bien que estuvimos. por supuesto si tenemos oportunidad volveremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias José Luis por darnos la oportunidad de disfrutar de tan fantástica villa

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

Nieves ha sido súper atenta y amable. Hemos estado muy bien.. La cocina estaba súper equipada, el súper a 5 min y la playa también. La zona muy tranquila, Para repetir.

Super maison avec sa piscine et l'espace extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et leur espace privé. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Séville, mais il faut prendre la voiture (10 minutes) pour aller à la première station de métro. Parking gratuit au centre commercial Metromar qui permet aussi de faire ses courses facilement. L'hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous et a pris de nos nouvelles lors de la grande coupure de courant de toute l'Espagne, pour s'assurer qu'on n'avait pas de problème. Si je retourne un jour à Séville je retournerai dans la Villa Romana.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec mon mari, mes deux filles et un couple d’amis avec leurs deux filles . Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très grand, très agréable, très bien pensé et sécurisé. Nos enfants de 2 à 11 ans ce sont beaucoup amusés . Le logement est très propre, dans un très bon état. Aucun ménage n’est à prévoir en partant, les propriétaires s’occupent de tout ce qui est non négligeable quand notre vol retour est à 7h du matin. Merci encore pour tout

Hemos pasado 3 días ,nos ha encantado la casa ,la zona y pese a que no estuvimos mucho tiempo pudimos disfrutar de alguna estancia del hogar. Pero la casa puede ofrecer mucho más con sus terrazas y jardines ideal para ir en época veraniega y aprovechar esas estancias y la urbanización que está muy bien equipada y es muy bonita . Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en volver a esta casa! Respecto al anfitrión el trato las señas y demás indicaciones has sido INMEJORABLE! Todo perfecto

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Un endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille. Un hôte disponible, à l’écoute. La maison est très bien équipée et entretenue et les extérieurs sont hyper agréable. L’aéroport et le centre de Séville sont accessibles en voiture. Une adresse à retenir!

Fue muy agradable y cómoda. El apartamento tenía de todo, y con muchos detalles , no le falta de nada. La única pega que teníamos muchas expectativas con la playa , y para bañarse hay desplazarse ,porque esa zona es la desembocadura del Guadalquivir . Entonces hay mucha piedra y barro justo en la orilla, pero también era interesante por las aves hay .

The house was perfect for family of four. Looks like renovation on walls and ceilings has been recently done so all looks new and clean. Tiled floors everywhere makes cleaning easy. 2 separate toilets specially appreciated. Good beds and good pillows. Full kitchen and coffee machine especially nice when you don't want to spend eating out every meal on a day. Several large supermarkets near (10 min walk or 2 min by car) so you can get fresh seafood and grill it in the garden (coal for the grill also sold there). Petrol station in the same area with lower prices than on motorway. There you can also get good coffee for as low as 1,45€. Although garbage sorting was not required, we sorted packages separately to save room and also because in the end of the street there is 2 containers where you can displace packages and rest of the rubbish separately. Anyway, we would use the house again.

A stunning property with beautiful gardens and views. Lots of trails and walking to be done. Conveniently placed, close to Jerez and Cadiz.

Buen lugar, recomendable, Juana fue muy amable y estuvo en pendiente en todas consultas, el lugar lindo y centrico.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, estaba en pleno centro y era todo nuevo.

Location Location Location! 5 star location close to the bars, restaurants, everything local! Very non touristy - at least when I was there. Not an American fastfood chain in sight! Everything is local! It makes me love it even more. The check in was easy and was shown into the apartment by Cristina. The apartment is quite spacious. Has AC, and other comforts. It felt like someone’s home than an airbnb. Instantly felt at home. The building didn’t have a lift, but 3 flights are good! But you are already warned while booking about the absence of a lift. I would stay here next time happily! It was a great stay!

Nicely located apartment, about a 5min close to the beach and the city centre. Big apartment with lots of room and greatly suitable for longer stays.

Cozy, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood within a bustling area of Seville. Amazing location- able to walk everywhere and easily catch the tram or metro. Rodrigo was quick to communicate and very helpful.
