Host Mam Irene is very responsive and approachable. The unit is clean and very comfy to stay. We recommend the place bcoz its easy to locate, host is responsive and the place has nice ambiance.

This was our 3rd time in row staying at Kristopher' house, it suits our family quite well. Easy check-in and check-out, Kristopher is very easy to contact, responds quickly, a very nice young man. The house is well appointed with nice furnishings and newer appliances. Everything works, plenty of water, and the neighbors are friendly. Location is good for our needs.

We love how clean and neat Donna’s place was when we stayed there. The place is also spacious and has well appointed kitchen. Check in was also smooth. Highly recommended!

The condo is spacious, cozy, and surprisingly affordable, making it a fantastic choice for any traveler. Eda, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure my stay was comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor added a warm touch to the experience. Overall, One Oasis Condo is the best Airbnb I’ve tried in Cagayan de Oro. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for two weeks with a toddler i can say that the place is safe, home is clean and very minimal. Just right in the heart of the city. Kevin is well mannered and easy to cummunicate with! Well diffinitely come back in our next future vacation. Highly reccomend the place.

The place made me feel at home even though I am kilometers away from my bedroom. The host, though we didn’t meet in person, is very accommodating and attentive to our request/call for help (aside from us, there is nobody at that time but we opt for self-check in). The way the location has a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies on its vicinity is really convenient. Overall, this is the type of bedroom I would stay days and days for, even if it is not the extravagant and the vacation-type of home, but the one that I would gladly have a rest (a long sleep because of the fluffy and spotless bed) on a stressful day or week even.

Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here! We had the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool and garden area were beautiful, and we loved having exclusive access to all the amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, adding to our comfort. Plus, they always check on us if there are things that we need. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will definitely be coming back! 💛 🤩

I’ve always been looking for a staycation spot that’s not just a place to sleep, but somewhere peaceful and truly restful — a place with a relaxing ambiance where you can really recharge. I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Sheila, for providing such a wonderful space for us to rest and reconnect. We would definitely love to stay again!

The place itself was fine, but unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very noisy car show that went on for the entire duration of our visit—often lasting until 11 PM onwards. It was extremely difficult to get proper rest. Since the location is close to an event space, I imagine noise might be a recurring issue in the area. A heads-up about the car show in advance would have been greatly appreciated so we could have planned accordingly.

We are a group of 6 visiting CDO for our endurance event at El Salvador, and we definitely had a wonderful stay at Sir Gilbert's space. The place is incredibly comfortable, and the location is quiet, peaceful and secure. Parking space can accommodate 4 motorbikes. There are 3 restful bedrooms, and 5 comfy beds. Beddings and lines are clean, as well as the bath towels. The AC worked perfectly, appliances were in excellent working condition, a strong water pressure in the shower, and a free drinking water was a delightful bonus! Sir Gilbert is a very proactive and responsive host answering our queries immediately. He is very helpful before, during and after our stay. Sir Gilbert is very generous and kind that he offers us the option to extend our stay during check-out time. It’s a very thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and home-like stay. Thank you Sir Gilbert!

It’s a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spotless which is definitely what we needed because we stayed with an infant. Being just a bit far from establishments is a plus since it felt very private and peaceful.

My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

Thank you, Lorraine and Kristine, for hosting me at your beautiful place! It’s incredibly cozy and equipped with all the essentials. The view of the city from the unit is absolutely spectacular, as it’s located on one of the top floors, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep away from the noise below. The hosts are not only responsive and kind but also wonderful guides for anyone new to the city, offering great recommendations for must-visit tourist spots. I’ll definitely return to this amazing place when I visit the City of Golden Friendship again!
