Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. This is a comfortable 2-bedroom home (w/ two queen beds) in Syracuse’s popular Tipperary Hill neighborhood. It has all the amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.), in a pleasant location. Just a few yards from the Arboretum (great for dog walks!), it is also within walking distance of Coleman’s, the Blarney Stone, Recess Coffee and other Syracuse institutions. (One claim to fame of this proud historically Irish neighborhood is that it is home to the only stoplight in the US with the green on top!)

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
