With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

Large (3,200 sq. ft.) four bedroom house, with lots of room for the entire family (and extended family). Located in the middle of Kittitas County, surrounded by 40 acres of pasture- this is a great country escape. We have large south facing valley views with lots of natural light and northern views of Mission Ridge. Located close to Ellensburg and CWU (10 minutes), Suncadia (40 minutes), Leavenworth (1 hour) and Vantage (40 minutes). We can accommodate 10 adults with up to 2 children.

Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Tumbleweed House aims to share with you the creative and western roots of Ellensburg. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

This is a true getaway. About 12 minutes to downtown Ellensburg or 30 minutes to Yakima. You can stay easily connected with WiFi cellular, and cable so easy to work remotely or unplug if you feel like it! Private Home on 12 acres with canyon views galore. Enjoy seeing deer in the yard as well as neighboring properties with many farm animals. Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
