It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

Very clean. Great for kids and family time. Lots of amenities but very close neighbors. Although they were to themselves and hardly seen or heard them.

Sugar Aisle was perfect for my family! The kitchen was fully stocked with every small appliance I wanted - meals were so easy to prepare with everything right there. The location was great and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and they were in it whenever possible! They also spent lots of time on the 2 bicycles provided riding around the island. My family has been vacationing in OIB for 20 yrs and this was one of my favorite trips! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Stephanie was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns I had and the entire trip could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

We loved this place, felt like home, so many activities around the house to do and very spacious. Jonathan had very great communication when asking him anything before getting the Airbnb and during our stay. We would totally love to come back again.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Had a great stay at Heather's place! Great location. Quick walk to enjoy the beach. Hope to make a return trip! Heather is a wonderful host!

Emily’s place was immaculate, beautiful, and relaxing!! All rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a restful family vacation. She quickly responded to any question we had and was a terrific host. Without a doubt, we look forward to staying here again!

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Rachel’s place was in the perfect location, right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and beach bars. The photos did not do the house justice - it is even more beautiful in person with great homey touches and a cozy vibe. The balconies overlooking the marina was perfect and serene, and the walk to the beach was very short and doable. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Our second stay here and my family of 5 absolutely loves this cottage! Perfect location, very clean, great communication with Doug and stocked with everything we could possibly need! A wonderful place to spend Easter. Looking forward to returning again!

Shawn’s place had just what we needed for a few days. There are a lot of places a quick drive away but not too much that is walkable.

B By the Sea is a wonderful place for enjoying a visit to Bald Head-it is close to beaches ( 1 mile), the Bald Head Island Club- just under 2 miles, The Market, and the Ferry! The home is spacious, clean, and ready to use as a home base for many fun activities or to relax. We were delighted to find a lagoon in the cul de sac that had many turtles, fish, egrets, and even a small alligator!

What an absolute gem of a find! The host is friendly, communicative and quick to respond. This charming house is exactly as described, features amenities one might not expect (washer and dryer was fantastic to have) and although located close to the beaches (a 9 minute drive from door to toes in the sand on Ocean Isle Beach) and shopping this area is famous for, the location is quiet, serene and secure. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the host or the house- I, my family and my pets were 100% satisfied with our stay! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

It was very clean and comfortable. The place was spacious and the decor was wonderful. It was such a a peaceful getaway. I have plans to come back and stay again.

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

Awesome place close to the beach. Ashley’s place is very clean and has everything you and your dogs need! There are tons of things to do within the area and Southport is only a 10 min drive.

Thank you!! Thank you!!! Patricia and David’s houses were perfect for our tennis team visiting for state championship. Everything was so clean! And the communication was fantastic. I would definitely recommend these houses to anyone heading to New Bern.

We had a great time at Kristie’s place for our family vacation. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 children. The small private suite downstairs was perfect for my parents who like a little extra privacy. The private pool was a god send with small children and also well maintained. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect . Lots to do and plenty of delicious restaurants. I don’t think we drove more than 5 mins all week. The beach is beautiful and clean and located close to the house. There are other public beach locations super close as well if you didn’t want to walk. I’d absolutely recommend and would come back.
