Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano : ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Awesome stay at Nico's! The location: walk 15 minutes to the Duomo. Even better, a short walk from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and our preferred market Sant Ambrogio (more local, amazing produce, and some delicious bites). The apartment: has everything you need, very clean, quiet at night. The host: Nico was fantastic! Clear on instructions, highly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. Really appreciated his offer to take us on a walking tour (great perk!), time-willing we would have definitely taken him up on the offer. Grazie mille for the hospitality, Nico!

Świetna lokalizacja dla chcących skorzystać z uroków miasta, gospodarz jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Polecam :)

Alles guet zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und hat viel Stauraum.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet. Fullt utrustad. Det fanns även lite extra bullar, marmelad, bröd mm. Passade våra behov mycket väl. Rekommenderas varmt.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Daniela und ich hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Robertas Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Strand und Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Roberte ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mille grazie Roberta

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Séjour merveilleux à Florence, appartement très sympa et fonctionnel où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : bonne literie, environnement calme, de l'espace et de la place pour les affaires, etc. Idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre donc au calme. Place de garage, à l'abri et bien protégée : un must ! Enfin et surtout, nous avons été bien accueillis et Nicholle a toujours été disponible à distance dans la seconde, nous renseignant à chaque fois avec efficacité et précision. De plus, elle a été amicale et très souple quant à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée... MERCI. Je recommande ++++
