Enjoy the backyard to yourself! 1 Comfortable queen bed &1 cozy sofa , 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. This newly built guest suite at our home sits above our garage high up on a hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town.
