Jenny & Tim are wonderful folks with knowledge of the community & its history & good stories to tell and suggestions about what to do with your time in St. Margaret's. They were both so willing to give their time & knowledge to us, easy to contact, & surprised us with special gifts & tips. Jenny was our main contact but we also ran into Tim outside one day & had a great chat with him about the house being featured on the BBC & history of the area. The house is wonderful, with calming coastal decor & gorgeous views from the bedroom, living room, & patio, which all look out across the channel to Calais (on a clear day). We got to watch a couple of great sunrises over the channel right from the bed. The bed was unfortunately too short for a 6'4" person & not as wide as we’d like, but they have limited space to work with in a historic home. The village has a great pub & church & it’s also a great home base to walk along the white cliffs to Dover or Deal. We were sad to leave! Book it!

Es war so wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Appartement ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und reagiert sehr rasch auf Nachrichten. Auf Anfrage war auch ein früher Check-In möglich. Die Nähe der DLR war uns bewusst- wir hätten uns aber nicht gedacht, dass man sie Anfangs doch stark hört. Man gewöhnt sich allerdings recht schnell daran und man hört es dann gar nicht mehr. Als Anregung zur Verbesserung, wären Kleiderhaken im Vorraum um Jacken aufhängen zu können. Ebenso wäre in der Dusche eine Ablagefläche für die Seife und das Shampoo praktisch gewesen. Eine Abtropftasse unter dem Geschirrständer wäre auch nicht schlecht.

Customer service was excellent and allowed me to change my check in and out time to suit my requirements. Replied very quickly to all messages and questions asked and provided an excellent service all round.

There is a sports pub on the ground floor, so it is noisy until the early hours of the weekend, but it is generally quiet. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything. The host provides clear instructions.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment matches the photos and is very clean. In the late morning, you catch a bit of sun on the balcony, otherwise it's rather shady but nicely windless. The kitchen is well equipped, although I was only able to get one of the pots to work on the induction stove. I would book again and can recommend both the accommodation and GuestReady.

Beatrice’s apartment provided a truly unparalleled experience — throughout all my travels, this was by far the most beautiful accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The flat has been renovated with impeccable taste and meticulous attention to detail, with every element reflecting a commitment to quality and care. Beatrice herself was exceptionally attentive and professional; she responded to every enquiry promptly and helpfully, and our comfort was clearly her highest priority throughout our stay. Lovely apartment with a wonderful view of the river. Nice and quiet once you work out how to turn off the loud extractor fan (switch in warm cupboard). Bed mattress in the master bedroom might need replacing soon and would have liked dishwasher tablets and washing powder at this price point but honestly there was little that I didn't like about the apartment and would happily book again.

Great place to stay. Descriptions are accurate and Titti and Orla were excellent hosts.

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war nah zur U-Bahnstation. Es fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Spühlmitteltabs, Küchen-Putzutensilien, Salz/Zucker.

We had a great few days at Johan's place - it was perfect for our group of two couples. We used it both a base for getting into central London and as a spot to hunker down and relax. Johan was friendly and responsive - a great host!

Great place! A very nicely decorated house with all the features that you need. Metro station with access to multiple lines is around the corner for easy access to all the sights. Park at the back, quiet by London standards. Very welcoming back yard with doors that open wide. Absolutely lovely.

Fantastic !!! Booked this home as part of my wifes 70th birthday celebrations for 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3,6 & 9. Tracy met us on arrival to show us around this wonderful house and pass on everything we needed to know. The house in real life is better than the photos. It is so spacious and as my granddaughter said Tracy has thought of everything there is so much for us to do. Tracy also left us a lovely home made cake. The kitchen was a great communal place with a 10 seater table overlooking the amazing outdoor space via two sets of patio doors. A great way to start the day. All rooms were a good size. Outdoors there is a beautiful large garden with a trampoline for the kids, a gas bbq for the adults a barn with a table tennis table and a host of toys and ride on vehicles for the little ones. Go through the gap at the end of the garden to the very popular tree house Nobody wanted to leave after a fantastic couple of days. This is a great house.

Fabulous cottage. well appointed with high end fixtures and fittings. loved staying there.

The space worked very well for us. The communal areas were ideal, the kitchen/diner was a good size and well equipped, the sitting room also. The balcony was great and opening the sliding door helped a lot on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable and both en suite bathrooms were great. The location was the highlight, great views onto the canal and a very short walk into the city. A couple of local shops made things totally convenient. The only things that were less than perfect, but still perfectly manageable, were that the parking was a bit tight, you wouldn't want a large car; the bedroom windows are directly onto a side road up to the canal so keep the blinds closed and be prepared for some noise from passers-by; the place can get very hot on warm days. All in all a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anybody.

What an incredible spot! The apartment is so airy, cozy and tidy, in a perfect location for literally everything! Could not recommend more, we cannot wait to return! :)

An amazing Easter weekend break in Topsham Exeter. A lovely apartment in a fantastic location, and even the mix of weathers did not cause a problem, we watched the rain in a warm comfortable apartment, and had the balcony doors open when it was sunny. The views are beautiful, and waking up to the boats and estuary is so refreshing. Lovely place to walk around and some fabulous places to eat and drink. Thank you, we really did not want to leave.

Gary è stato gentile, attento, disponibile, molto preciso nelle indicazioni fornite e rispettoso della nostra privacy. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa sembrava che un nostro amico ci stesse ospitando. Si preoccupa dei suoi ospiti e mette a disposizione molta scelta per la colazione. L’appartamento è molto bello e curato e si vede che ci tiene. La stanza è fornita del necessario per dormire e rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole. Noi siamo stati davvero bene e la zona ci è piaciuta molto: molto tranquilla, collegata con metropolitana e molti bus non è stato difficile raggiungere tutti i punti turistici agevolmente. Esperienza super positiva. Ve lo consigliamo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!!

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.

Pam was a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were easy and effortless. The apartment is wonderfully situated close to Hyde Park and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very cost and welcoming, with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. I couldn’t recommend the location, apartment and Pam more. Ps: it’s a 4 story walk up. We knew this when taking the apartment and we’re happy for the exercise ;)

I’m a local in Birmingham and booked this house to host my guests —and I have to say, it was a good choice. The location is absolutely unbeatable, truly one of the best you could ask for in the city. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay here. Lovely flat right next to a great high street for cafes, restaurants, and Clissold Park. The flat feels light and spacious but was nice and warm during some cold winter days. Comfy bed, great TV, and lots of kitchen equipment. And Jayme was really responsive for any questions. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay. Joanne’s place was beautiful, quiet and clean. She was a wonderful host, providing detailed instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.
