A great place to stay with beautiful surroundings. If you want something different this is the place.

The place is amazing! This is a perfect airbnb for a peaceful and memorable weekend with a company. The interior of the house is very stylish and fresh. It includes everything you need. Especially, the kitchen. There is EVERYTHING you need for cooking! Also there is everything for you to create a cozy atmosphere: a lot of speakers in every room, smart lights and blinds, big projector. Bedrooms and the living room are placed on the two top floors so you’ll get beautiful views of the neighbourhood. However, be ready to climb few flights to get there from the ground level. There is a small town Ware in just 10 mins drive. In case you want to buy some food or arrange a lunch/dinner. However, it was very handy to cook everything by ourselves. Matthew is a great host! He was very responsive and help to resolve all the questions we had effectively. Highly recommend to choose this place for your next trip!

We loved our stay at the Hexagon. It was peaceful, and such an unusual place. We found the radar tower and all the history fascinating. The views of the sunrise were spectacular and the walks along the coast with all the wildlife were hard to leave behind. We would love to come back and could have stayed for longer.

The Turret was equipped to a spectacular standard! Everything was spotless and beautiful. Loads of lovely personal touches such as scents, eye masks, drink making and breakfast items and even a couple of ice creams in the fridge! The bed was amazingly comfortable and I could have stayed for hours in the walk-in shower! Fabulous quirky house - would recommend.

We had the most wonderful weekend staying at the Old Tower. The house is absolutely stunning and the gardens beautifully maintained. Francesca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with info on pubs/walks etc Everything was beautifully clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Would 100% recommend. A fabulous weekend was had by all. Thank you

This was one of the most unusual places I’ve ever stayed in. We did have a few walkers come up from Chatsworth and admire the view but mainly we were in splendid isolation. Walking around the woods and admiring the Aqueduct in the evening was quite magical; it felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. The tower itself is an amazing survival from Tudor times and has been modernised sympathetically. The round shower was a favourite feature. The nearby farm shop was very good with a wide range of good quality food. It did snow whilst we were there but Sandra from Chatsworth Cottages kept in touch and made sure we were fine which was much appreciated. Altogether I would recommend the tower for anyone who wants to stay somewhere unusual and highly memorable. One word of caution though there is a spiral staircase connecting the floors so the building is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

We spent a weekend at this incredible converted water tower and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special. The property itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect balance of character and modern comfort. There’s so much space to relax, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the entire space felt welcoming and luxurious. Angela was the perfect host — warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. It was the ideal setting for a weekend getaway with friends, and we all left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Absolutely fantastic — highly recommended!

We stayed at the summerhouse for our first anniversary after our incredible wedding at Homme House last year, it was such a treat to be able to come back and stay at a place which already holds such happy memories for us. We knew it would be a great stay based on our wedding experience with Charlie and Sarah but it even exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and care made the whole experience so lovely and easy. All the amenities you could want for your stay, super cosy, plus warm pastries and a continental breakfast to enjoy out in the stunning gardens. Could easily have stayed longer, absolute gem of a place and we’ll most definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place, though I think 3 people is more comfortable than 4. Great location and good walks. Simple design that's functional, fog horn in the background to add atmosphere.
