Great location in the heart of Park Slope! Exactly what I needed for my trip and glad I was able to bring my dog along. Would stay again!

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

Paulette was a wonderful host very kind and responsive. She replied quickly whenever I had questions. Her home was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Our stay was short but sweet. The accommodations were as described and comfortable. It was extremely close to the beach.

this home makes you feel right at home. plenty of room. great location. great host , very courteous. best place to stay if visiting long island. very safe neighborhood, short walking distance to shops, beach and LIRR station

Elayna's place was beautiful, quiet. Her place were exactly as seen in the photos. if I do return to NY/NJ I would definitely stay here again. 5 star aren't enough stars for this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious family house in Edison, NJ! The home is well-equipped with projectors and audio systems, perfect for entertainment. It's exceptionally clean and boasts a large, dog-friendly backyard, which was perfect for our furry friends. The artistic touch of a guitar in each room added a unique charm. Highly recommend to those who want to enjoy a comfortable stay!

We found Haithum to be a woderful and responsive host. The place was well equipped, spotless and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the tv's are huge. There is a lovely backyard and pool, but since we were "off season", we didn't make use of them. This unit is the lower floor of a home. There are other renters on the upper floor that can be heard on occasion, but hardly a deal breaker. We would definitely consider staying here again. FYI, the AirBnB fee kicked the cost up almost $30 per day so be aware.

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

This is a charming, quiet spot just outside Bedford Village, perfect for a few days outside of the city with our toddler. Jennifer and Steve put together a really great guidebook, we mostly used their recommendations for activities, restaurants, and shopping — so many towns are within a 15 minute drive.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! Staying at Mark’s historical cabin was a true privilege. The charm and character of the place made it a unique experience, and the fact that it’s just 20 minutes from Manhattan made it even more special. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures — cozy, clean, and full of character. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the city!

Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
