I had a really good stay at Nichola's stay. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for the trip. The balcony was an excellent surprise: a nice spot for tea in the morning or a drink in the evening.

Always feels at home, and i will continuously come back.

I enjoyed the authentic experience of staying in the heart of Jo'burg and the quality of the room and furnishings was excellent. Qiniso was super helpful and showed me around (to buy groceries) on my first afternoon and gave some useful tips. Walking in the CBD might not be for everyone but I had no issues, and Uber is very reliable and safe if needed. Overall I can recommend 1407 The Franklin.

Had the most outstanding stay at this loft ,the place was very clean,well equipped.Also very helpful caretakers around and Mohammed was very friendly and willing to assist with any questions and the location is about 1,2km to the shopping centre 😊 Will definitely book this place whenever l am in SA

Has to be the finest accommodation in this range i have ever booked. Service, attention to detail, finest location ( superior Eco Estate in meyersdal). The most comfortable, spacious and welcoming cottage, fitted out with everything you will need. I extended my stay and will booking it again very soon, that is, if it is available. Take my word. The apartment is fantastic - spacious, spotless, and offers total privacy. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is perfect for cooling off. Charl and Nelly are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything you need, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints, don’t waste your time searching for alternatives - this place has it all. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Phuthi is one of the greatest hosts I've ever had. He was responsive. No time of day was ever an issue with him, when it came to communication. Very friendly individual who was always ready to help. I highly recommend him if you need a place in and around Roodepoort.

Melrose Arch never disappoints, add to that our host Eno was just just a pleasure to deal with. A definite rop host and excellent place.

Jorge’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. The place was just as it appeared in the photos, and clean. The view from the balcony was also amazing. Jorge was a great responsive host and friendly. The emerald development was a great property, the gym and pool area were a big highlight. The area had a nice mall and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

A very big shout out to Aniss and his entire crew for such an amazing and spotless place, all amenities mentioned were available and they even provided extra toiletries, extra towels, extra pillows, flat iron working well, a backup power back was provided in case of load shedding which I never experienced. All the kitchen ware you will ever needed was provided. Basically I would live comfortably and happily at Anis place for an entire year with no complains. Just a weekend stay, my partner and I have a fascination for art and architecture and this property fitted the bill for both. Expertly curated art adorned the walls and gave us much to look at and admire.

The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay so easy. The check-in process was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as described, and we loved the neighborhood. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
