Το Σπίτι Δελφίνι δίπλα στη θάλασσα 1 είναι το μεγαλύτερο διαμέρισμα του συγκροτήματος των δύο διαμερισμάτων που βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες 4-6 ατόμων. Οι ένοικοι μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν την μεγάλη πισίνα από κοινού με τους ενοίκους του ισογείου. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.
