This is a beautiful and conveniently located apartment with super responsive hosts. I am so grateful! The apartment is amply sized for our family of six, with private and convenient parking. There is a also wonderful living room where we enjoyed hanging out together when we weren’t out enjoying the beaches and parks and museums. We love it here!

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

This was the perfect little place for me. I had to stay a week while my mother was recovering in St Vincent. There are restaurants of all types close by. There are grocery stores close by, and for those that don't know, Tops is an expensive grocery store. Wegmans on Peach is so much better. As for the shower that someone previously mentioned, turn the hot most or all the way and the cold about an 1/8 of a turn and you'll be good to go. Great little place. Thanks!

My stay here was great! The place was super clean and had literally everything you needed! It was like being at home but away from home. Liv was very quick to respond to any questions and I had and was very kind and helpful!! Highly recommend staying here!

Stephanie was a great host! We arrived on a day a snow storm began in Erie. Stephanie worked with us on check in time despite the fact snow prevented her from getting to the house to clean up from the previous renter. We appreciated her kindness, flexibility, and responsiveness! Next time we need a place in Erie we'll definitely use Stephanie's property again!

Cozy yet spacious spot, welcoming & quiet.

David the host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and so cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distances to boutiques and restaurants. If the weather was nicer we would have taken advantage of outside activities with the lake being right there. We loved the added touch of the host providing a welcome basket with snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Terri's place. The apartment and rooms were all spotless and cozy. Terri's instructions made it easy to access the home and get inside. It snowed the day we arrived and she made sure that all the snow was cleared by the time we got there. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice! The bedroom was significantly colder than the rest of the unit, even after increasing the heat during my winter stay. Noise from the upstairs tenants was also easily heard.

Carrie was a terrific host, house was clean, she messaged back right away with very simple instructions on parking and how to get in.

Sally went above and beyond during a pretty tumultuous stay! A huge dump of lake effect snow meant our plans were constantly changing, and Sally was flexible, supportive and concerned throughout. They kept the walks and parking places clear of snow, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was alright. I will be sure to recommend this stellar host to everyone I know who comes to visit in the area! Thanks, Sally and Scott, for everything!

The place is very clean. I didn’t smell cleaning products with synthetic fragrances, instead the place is clean and fresh. The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Easy to get to the highway. Gg is very knowledgeable and provide useful information of local events and travel recommendations. When my 80 years old mother in law come to visit, Gg is kind and provide tremendous help. We are very grateful and couldn’t be happier. All of appliances are function well. The garden view is very pretty with two very beautiful trees in the yard. It is peaceful to sit at the deck and enjoy the beautiful view. I definitely will want to come back and stay Gg’s Airbnb again.

Kyle was very responsive and the location was in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Chautauqua Lake. Also, the town of Westfield has nice Antique shops and restaurants.

Search NO FURTHER!!!! This place has everything from amazing & friendly hosts, to a beautiful view of the lake, and to the small details such as umbrellas, scotch tape, and scissors! The bathroom medicine cabinet had first aid things, Motrin, bacterial wipes, simply all those small things that are easy to forget from home. This Airbnb is definitely worth every penny and we will keep it on the top of our list for when we travel to NY next time.

The overview of the logistics of attending Chautauqua that Judith provided was invaluable. We were able to hit the ground running like old pros and make the most of our visit!

This was our third stay here, it is home away from home. The area offers a lot to do, and the people are very friendly. Looking forward to next year in Westfield NY.

Marion was a wonderful host ! The place was exactly as described and the scones and yogurt were a sweet touch. I would definitely recommend this place.

GG was a great host. She communicated very well at our booking and check in. There was a small issue with the check in instructions but she was in such good communication that it was resolved within 1 minute. A crib was not listed on the available items for the rental but on inquiring she was able to provide one and it worked out great for our month old baby to sleep in. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The living area is very spacious and open to the kitchen and eating space. I like to sleep with it cold and the air conditioner units worked great for cooling the individual rooms.

We had a great time in the lakeside apartment. Everything you could need was provided, and Kate and Ron were super friendly and helpful.
