Fifteen minutes from Capitol Reef National Park, this unique and beautiful home has views of the Red Cliffs of Thousand Lakes Mountain and the Bicknell Bottoms Wildlife Preserve. The 3300 sq. ft. cabin sleeps 9 in bedrooms, and another 2 downstairs on fold-out beds. The spacious three-level home offers a pool table, 3 indoor gas fireplaces, an outdoor propane fireplace, a horseshoe pit, and a trampoline. A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.
